I noticed that M used the phrase "your government" in his last chat transcript. That to me seems to infer that he is not from this country. Some other country perhaps?? Some other planet?? Some other dimension?? Hmmm......

That was it- the last chat transcript.
I think you are right, M is not of this country and/or planet.

Ok, so looking at the badge images and the newly posted pic.

Obviously, TROGL is 58-O-42 (RSOA01).

Looks to me like the guy to right standing up is 58-O-49 (RSOF01).

I think the guy to the far right sitting down is 58-O-45 (RSOF02) and the guy to the far left sitting down (next to TROGL) is 58-O-47 (RSOA02).

That would mean 59-O-44 is the guy sitting in the middle (to TROGLs left) whose badge we didn't receive.

WOOT Great find. Wish it would let me print it, but I'm still getting the old one. One thing I noticed in the pic with the scientists is the top right corner is missing but there are wispy lines there, almost like smoke. Could this be what the one guy who went to Cinema Con and leaked what he saw regarding a "floating wispy object" reflection in a puddle?
Also on the note "Use the equation to set it to the l(r)ight frequency". Could the Golden Ratio be the frequency? 1.618 is a VLF and 16.18 is an ELF. Not sure if this helps.

I was going to say I thought it looked like water ripples across the top of the photo, directly above Minker Snr is what looks to me like a jellyfish Dunno
And in between Minker Snr and the far left scientist is a white shape, I'm sure we have seen 'the device' in a similar shape to this.
In the DNA strand on the board there are also the three dots in each section (sorry don't know how else to refer to 'sections' of DNA strand!).

This is probably nothing. But TROGL and the guy to his right have both hands on the table whilst the other 3 are only showing their left hand.

"m"

looking at the photo, i think "M" is the person sitting close to josh's dad. (the first person on the left, starting from left to right) they are sitting close together and away from the other three, suggesting a bond of friendship, and they seem to be smiling more than the rest.

I'm wondering if maybe 'M' isn't in this photo though as he says -
'I remember that day. I should've helped....' That suggests to me he wasn't there for this meeting.

But then he also says "I should have known your father would have kept that picture. WE were all so young then"
Does anyone think it strange that they would be using a rotoscope artist on this movie? Per IMDB Gus R. Aguilera .... rotoscope artist. Which is the art of drawing over live action plates like in A Scanner Darkly

Freq

So, he talks about tuning to the right freq. Well, what if we use the tones form Expcnv as the starting point and then add or subtract the numbers from the maps? New tones? Maybe a way to communicate?

@Jane

Can you take the photograph and line up the badges across the bottom in order so we can see who belongs to which badge?

I just don't have the tools to do so.
Thanks

Guys. It looks like he is saying
"Use the equation to set it to the LIGHT frequency"

Now to find the equation..
