My guess is: part of MH�s script. Another script (possibly) with some scribblings. And some location picutres (Dunno if The Operator could be in there).
EDIT: Holy shit. Just noticed a barcode, and some of the letters look like a description.
Ladies and gentlemen, this might be the Marble Hornets DVD!!!

From what I can make out, the text looks to be a brief summary of season one. Pretty sure it's a DVD cover.

I see a barcode, a description resembling Jay's MH intro, two different color sets, what appears to be a collage of Operator photos, and "Marble Hornets" handwritten in a large font. Also, it's clearly divided in two: one "white" motif and one "black" motive in approx. equal measure; the collage and title on the white side, and the description and the barcode on the back.

Without a doubt, this is the Marble Hornets DVD cover. I'm 100% sure.
