Just received mine too! Gonna take pics of it in a sec, this is an epic variety of stamps for something from a few miles away. There's a

black floppy inside with an owl stamp on it and the numeral '3'.
I'd been waiting and running to my mailbox for the package from testsubjectsneeded, this is a delightful and unexpected surprise!!
EDIT:
So I've gone through my package.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
On the floppy disk, there's a couple of txt files for the internship program -- a readme, a contact page, and a file called OPRTN. They're all based around the idea of the interns promoting the end of misinformation and promoting the FIA, so basically having users promote the ARG. There's also two pdf files, a brochure for the FIA (which is amusing) and an FIA poster.
The interesting bit: There's another file, a zip called FLOPPY_3. I just tried to unzip it and couldn't, it's a password-protected PDF file. The third puzzle, I'm guessing? I haven't been able to figure out the password. The files say to contact the person on your contact file if you have any questions, I'm wondering if I need to contact the FIA or if I should be able to figure out the password based on the rest of it.

And my owl is Orange.

Opened mine this evening with a friend who's joining me on the mission.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I also got a black disk with an cute, green owl sticker and the number "7." I don't have a floppy drive so I can't comment on the content of the disk. No instant gratification.

My owl is pink.
I feel lucky now that I still have my circa-2002 desktop sitting around to use the disk on. I've still got no idea about the password on my .zip file, hopefully y'all will be smarter than me when you get to see yours.

Are we supposed to figure out the password for the protected PDF ourselves? Or wait for instructions... anyone got an idea?

My find is the same as well. The Zip archive appears to be password protected. A Google search shows several sites and programs claiming to be able to crack zip files, but that just feels like cheating. Reading the text files included it would seem that they are expecting us to spread the word about the FIA and Z. We then document our efforts and the results and send it off to Agent Tom. I'm betting that's when we get a password or another puzzle to solve the password. Z might also might contactus. I for one will be playing along and will see what happens.
Update:
I got another email this evening.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Hello Tyler,
The best thing about the MAIL is how easy it is to INTERCEPT. There should be a DISK in your posession; if not YET, then sometime very soon.
Once you have the DISK, confirm by emailing me back with the NUMBER on your disk and the COLOR of the OWL.
Sincerely,
Z.

I got the same mail. I'd wondered a little if that might be the case... well. Guess our questions are answered.
Yay! GAME ON!

That's so odd. I mean, I could see if the package was still in the mail, but not even the email? That sucks.
Maybe email HR and make sure they got your fax?

Me and mr.judkins received one also.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Ours is a black disk with a GREEN OWL and the NUMBER 10.
Also, interesting to note:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Our package has 6 very colorful stamps, but there is no postage dates or stamps anywhere on the package. Not sure if this is usual in the U.S., so thought it best to mention it.
We have no means of investigating the contents at the moment, so if anyone in SF has an older drive they'd be willing to let us use, please let me know .

OMG OMG OMG new emaaaaaaaaaail.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Oh my god I am getting antsy, send me the damn password already. Jeez, Z.
Looks like we're all meeting. In person. In SF. And Z expects me to know my schedule ahead of time. Seriously Z, I'm a busy woman. XD
"But first we need to arrange a MEETING. Your file is one of TEN; you must come together with the people who have the other DISKS. Soon you will understand."
Interesting.

Yes, the game it a foot.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I received the same email and it looks like some of us on this thread might be meeting in person. I didn't get to participate, but Act 4 of Games of Nonchalance involved 8 individuals coming together with the final puzzle only being completed if each person solved their part. In that game the participants were being clandestinely observed by the organizers to make sure everything went smoothly. I'll be very interested to see how "Z" plays out.
