Im just gonna say that it seems like it is Slendy. And not all of Slendys appearances have been riddled with video distortion. Think back to the earlier entries when Slendy would walk around or peek around the corner and there wouldn't be any distortion.

I think we're all missing one crucial detail--Slendy doesn't have eyes! Why would he need to bend over to see into the car then? Hmmm??? (loljk)

But maaaaaaaaaaaan am I disappointed. There was no real excitement to this entry. We might have the first slendy encounter of Season 2 since the still from noentry, and we can't even tell if it's actually Slendy or not! How upsetting :c

It's a very dark and grainy picture of a person in dark clothing, with a bit of lighter area near the chest and head. While some folks do, I don't see a tie or a cellphone, but I doubt many would agree with me when I point at the screen and say, "Don't those look like the cuffs of a hoodie?" Weird gait is weird and can be interpreted as limping Masky, cautious TTA, zombie-walkin' Operator, suspicious hobo looking to see if there's anything inside worth stealing...

It does look like the figure is meant to be taller than Jay, and that earlier shots of Jay outside the car were supposed to help establish this. Given that and the clothing's pattern of light and dark, I'll bite that it's probably the Operator.

If it does turn out to be TTA creeping around, though, I will squeal like a little girl and do the happiest of dances.

We need to think why he was there.
As previously mentioned, It was the Operator, well-executed or not.

I don't really remember that much visual distortion from Entry 14, and Slenderman took his time walking over to Alex in that one.. there might have been some as he was walking through the house though.

I think we need to stop arguing over what was outside and start thinking about what that means.

If its TTA, then it means he is trying to likely emulate the Operator, or at least impersonate him (and in the process, scare the living daylights out of J, who he knows would film himself)

If its Jessica/Alex and not TTA, then it means that there is obviously something sketchy going on....and there is the possibility of Operator worship/impersonation (or perhaps possession, and slendy just likes his puppets to dress well). This would be the biggest shock of them all.

If its Masky, same applies as TTA, really.

If it is the Operator...well, then, that isn't unmeaningul; while we have been slightly dulled to the shock of slendy arrivals...don't forget that those were Alex. Now it would be after J. Which means a whole new cast of things...

So it looks like Alex hit Tim with a rock, promised to call, took a week to do so, and then arranged a playdate and stood Jay up.

If nothing else, we've learned that Alex is a dick.
