watched this entry and just went through the entire thread. Loved the Entry, and I think that the thing that comes up to Jay's back window is The Operator... But has anyone else noticed how the person looks directly at the camera, not at Jay? Seems odd....

Pretty sure that was Jessica. I think I could make out the long hair.

Also, I was kinda hoping for Slendy to watch him sleep via the back window for epic moment, but Jessica walking around is good too.

Edit: Looking back through the thread, looks like most of you disagree. Razz

Regarding the lack of distortion:

40 minutes passed on the tape before the figure showed up. In Entry #1, the distortion occured BEFORE seeing The Operator, not during. There may have been a distortion during those 40 minutes that were cut off

I'm totally split when it comes to this entry - I watched it this morning in a bit of a half-tired haze and my thoughts bounded between:

"It's Jess!"
"No wait, its Slenderman!"
"No wait, it's Jess!"

I swear at one point I saw long hair over the shoulders, then I realise it wasn't long hair but the rest of the torso. I'm still torn, will have to go over it again later tonight.

The only problem I see with the theory of the Operator being that guy is that his powers are now inconsistent. After we have seen all he has done, surely he would have known Jay was in the car, especially with the camera and all. I mean, just look at Entry 26. The camera turned on and POOF, Operator was there.

I dunno. Just my 2 cents.

ok, to me it seems like someone is holding something, NOT the marking where a suit ends.

also, there hasn't been distortion in any that The Operator has stalked someone asleep, that may have something to do with it.

To throw in my one and a half cents:

Sat with the video frame-by-frame for a little bit. The white spot on the chest of whoever it is is not a tie. It's a hand, or some sort of object. You can tell because if you watch the person's right arm, you see it's bent at the elbow and coming upwards towards the center of the chest. COULD be the Operator (reaching a hand towards the window) or Alex/TTA/Jessica/Tim/Etc. (holding a camera/knAYfe(knife), or something else all together).

I presume if it was Alex/TTA we'll see the footage of Jay-in-his-car-asleep in a TTA video sometime soon.

If it was the Operator... well hopefully we'll still see another TTA video sometime soon. Razz

(I was using a few filters in Final Cut to clear up the video and bring up the gamma a bit to see better, and tried to get screen grabs but the program was wigging out on me every time I tried and never did it with the effects on even after rendering. Sorry Confused

Honestly i think I would be more freaked out if this wasn't either the operator, totheark, jessica, alex, or tim. One of my all time biggest fears is having some stranger peer in on me while I'm sleeping.

I personally think that at the very least, whoever this was was trying to mimic the operators appearance (mask to the next level possibly), if not him.

But for those of you who seem sure that it is a human, has anyone considered it could be J, having gone out one of the front doors of the car? I mean if you're working under the assumption that the stranger is a person, doesn't it make just as much sense that it is someone (the only person in fact) that we know was there that day? Just food for thought, although I still believe it to be the operator/operator jr.

First of all, this was a very good entry. The lake shot was very good cinematography, and also felt somewhat familiar (see attachment.)

Hearing Alex's voicemail again was a nice touch. That said, I think the message of Sidetone was "Alex is dead, got Operated in #29, not going to call back ever".

I also strongly doubt it was The Operator staring at the window. Whoever that figure was, they didn't move stiffly, they were similar height as Jay, and they hunched. What was the last time you've seen The Operator hunch??

I realise it looks vaguely like him, but we've been getting a lot of fake appearances this season - remember the potted plant at the corridor in #27, or the 'slender' shadow of the backpack in #28?
