I did think that for a while, but then I wasn't sure if it made sense that Slendy was in at least half of TTA's footage... and, we've never seen him with a camera. But as you say, he's obviously got this affinity with electronics, so maybe he does it in more of a telepathic way...

Ok so on the marble hornets wiki under the main theories section someone claims to have enhanced the footage and says that the person outside of the window is holding a mask to their face. I've looked through all 27 pages of this thread and seen several enhanced pictures, but have never been able to make out the mask to the face nor have I seen anyone talk about it. Can anyone confirm this? Not saying I disagree btw, it actually would make sense based on where his hand is near his upper chest/neck area. He could easily be holding a mask but I just haven't seen a clear enough picture to tell.

It's a rather intriguing theory, however it seems that the general consensus is that we don't know and aren't supposed to know who exactly the figure is until we are giving more information. It's been left ambiguous for a reason.

If they are holding up a mask, why would they be holding it instead of just wearing it?

If it's under Theories, Observations, or Speculation, that's mostly for things that have been noticed or presumed. I guess it should really be under 'Further Speculation' since there's no commonly-agreed-on 'observation' of a mask, but as long as it isn't in the transcript it can go pretty much anywhere as long as it's not claiming to be a fact.
