The arguments against the figure being the Operator because of how he moves or the lack of visual tearing are irrelevant and invalid. Operator's movements have been different in nearly every shot he's been in (compare him going into Alex's room to Alex seeing him at that playground, where he's damn near power-walking). And he's been there before without any visual tearing. So yeah, his movement style and lack of visual tearing are not evidence that it is not the Operator.

My picks:

1. tothepark.
2. totheark. (which would suck because I've always insisted that it's Tim)
3. Windmill????

Just rewatched that bit a few times, and I'm now leaning towards that being The Operator.

I agree comppletely with this. My top pick is tothepark, but I want it to be totheark so we get moar videos.

I demand that Moderatly Tall Person be added to the poll. Other could mean the news lady from the fire entry.

There's no way that was Masky, given that Masky just had his leg broken a week before that. Either the person was wearing a hood or had really long hair, and in my opinion I think it was longer hair. I think it was Jessica.

Sorry for being dumb, but which entries have no visual tearing?

I know that I'm new and blablabla (and I'm being serious business I SWEAR I'LL STOP HERE), but guys, srsly, do we really need a topic like this? I mean, "THERE'S THIS POLL AND WHEN THE POLL ENDS ONE OF THE NAMES HERE WILL BE THE CHOSEN ONE AND EVERYBODY THAT DON'T BELIEVES IT SHOULD SHUT UP". Can it be Slendy? Yes, it can, but also can be ANYONE. The image is too blurry, J said that and we can see that the image is too blury, blurry blurry blurry. No one can be ABSOLUTELY SURE that's this person or that person, and this attempt to kill the diferent opinions is... oh, c'mon UF.

The next poll will be like OK THEN WHO IS TTA and I hope Alex wins, or else I'll never think again while reading the threads.

resume: I know it's a discussion forum, but you should stop trying to convince everyone that what you think you saw is the absolutely truth about entry #39 (or any entry, actually)

@Mariolee (and anyone else who bitches about the "this belongs in an existing thread" bitching):

The reason why most of us prefer not to have new threads created for things that would also fit an a pre-existing thread is that if discussion of what is essentially a single topic is spread across several threads, some of that discussion/debate/theorycrafting may be lost or overlooked.

Remember that the Wiki pages only link to the titled thread for an Entry.

I can almost 100% guarantee that was a female. So most likely Jessica. They also seemed to be holding a camera as well, so expect to see that soon.

There's evidence that points to it being Slender Man, and not being it.

I have no idea who it could be. I'm thinking it could be Jessica...

I think it's Jessica simply because I swear the figure had long hair. Unless that's a hood, in that case it could be anyone except the Operator.

There's none or barely any in #1, 4, 6, 7,and 10 when the operator is full on camera. Stopped looking after that. In the later entries the image goes absolutely haywire or even freezes like in #29 and #37. So there really no consistent link to distortion/tears and the presence of the operator, as has been mentioned several times. There was a whole thread about this a few weeks ago.

In fact, if you think about it the only consistent times we see distortion is in the TTA videos, whatever that might suggest.
