[SPEC][OT?] CBC Remote View http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&client=firefox-a&hs=wi&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&ei=6wzzS_6lDoeCsgP_o-WxDA&sa=X&oi=spell&resnum=0&ct=result&cd=1&ved=0CBEQBSgA&q=CBC+Data+remote+view&spell=1
i typed cbc remote view and got this website
http://www.remoteviewing.com/blog/category/uncategorized/page/2/
which led me to this website
http://www.psicorp.net/about-psicorp-and-technical-remote-viewing.html
both seem absurd enough to put up red flags.

hm, that does seem odd enough to warrant further searching. But the whois for the domain says this:
Updated Date: 03-nov-2009
Creation Date: 06-nov-2002
Expiration Date: 06-nov-2010
Do you think something IG would have been created in 2002 and would expire this year?

Re: CBC Remote View
The psicorp one seems to be part of an ARG but I don't know if it's part of this one.
Psycorp was a legion of telepaths on the TV show Babylon 5.

Psi Corp Isn't this the same group they based "Men Who Stare at Goats" on? Name seems familiar.

Ok, just want to say I know someone trained by CIA, in remote viewing and works in the private sector these days -- But what point are you making here? Is there a special/specific question/link that leads to this?
If you see a connection, let me know and I will ask.
I personally don't see how remote viewing fits into this ...... so far at least - (and honestly, hopefully, not at all).

I think the connection is through Gordon Cooper, who made reference to some kind of childhood psychic program? I personally don't think this is going in the right direction, though.

I think some of you are getting off track.
CBCData Remote Viewer is just what is being used to "view" the info on the PDP-11 from 1977. It sounds like a computer program to me, not psychic remote viewing type stuff.

CBC, Cypher System ?? I don't know if it is significant, but a quick search for CBC, found a entry under wikipedia, for Block Cypher mode (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Block_cipher_modes_of_operation ), a form of encryption invented in 1976. Maybe there is something needed to be decrypted?[/url]

Re: CBC, Cypher System ??
I think some of us are about 80% sure there is something we have not yet seen maybe its right in front of us but we don't see the "Start"
I keep saying theres is something in the text.. but damned if I can see a way to unlock anything or decifer any codes
So :
What was D12?
Why is YOUR FRIEND ALEXANDER KASLOV in caps?
Why is some of the chat session written the way it is.. strangely
What notes did mysterio mean? And when he said comic.. you know it was the RP comic...right? My notes and the comic.
Newspaper...it bothers me still.
Blank PDF....
Maybe the funny cartoons on RP legacy?
Now you all know im crazy and my ideas do tend to run amok.. but comeon... your thinking the same thing.. get your hat.
When would a PM step in if they ever were to? I wish they would just show me where the start button is..OR AT LEAST TELL ME TO STOP LOOKING !!!!!!.oh well
Jane

Jane - I share your pain.
If a PM set up websites and puzzles for us to solve and we were totally missing the action, you'd think he/she would kindly give our strings a little pull to at least set us in the right direction. It seems like a big waste to let the game go unnoticed. I've searched and speculated and overanalyzed and damn near won the Nobel prize for physics for my 'revalistic' research - but I got nothing when it comes to all the unanswered questions. I keep thinking there must be something somewhere.
Is it too much to hope that tomorrow - at the one month til movie release point - we're gonna get something substantial?

Agree totally. I just cant figure this one..
I try to imagine who came up with this and how they explained it to whomever approved it..
"See, it all starts with this old computer console from the late 70's..we start it a year before the film comes out.. see?.. we make 'em wait for weeks while it loads bit by bit.. Then, we have this Ice Pop company that has an ad in paper in the console.. Theres a message and then we have these funny tones. See>? Now, here comes this kid who s searching for an ancient trout..He has a website that he blogs about every few months..but then he stops!! And then he disappears....So his girlfriend has her own site where we all get a crash course in Quantum Physics and the whole deal really gets exciting when we suddenly stop the game while we show clips of the backstory.....See?.."
it begins to look like this may not be any better..
Unless they have a BIG FINISH in store.. Just wish they hadnt started this thing a year ago.. 1 year of daily checking and reading and waiting..Really expected more..Hopefully it will be a bang-up last 4 weeks..

Frustrateed Too I'm with you guys. i've read the comics, both the Dick and the Coop. I've looked the letter overs, the notes all suggested websites. I too find it odd and frustrating that we have not had nay guides. IF we missed something why hasn;t anyone just piped up and lead us in the corrert direction? WHAT IS D-12? Is it related to mickey Mouse? Because I really feel like this is a mickey mouse affair. Clues but no direction or purpose. You should had seen my husband's face when I tried to explain this ARG. He looked at me like I was smoking crack or am cracked. Not sure? You should had seen his face when I started wrapping the aluminum foil hat. I was sad about the hat because I threw away the bunny wrapper.
Not to mention the number of ink cartridge refills I've had to do in order to print out all of the papers and try to make heads and tails out of them.

Share in the depressing craziness Well I feel better knowing that... at least we can all sit together and talk to each others "imaginary friends"
We really really have been following this thing for a year you know...
thats:
365.25 days I've checked my many websites for a update..
8760 hours of random thoughts about codes....
525 948.766 minutes of foil exposure...
I need a hug.. good thing these jackets are tight.

LOL, once again a masterpiece for our enjoyment. Thanks Jane!
I too find this odd and disjointed. I do know more about particle physics now, but not sure where this is going to fit into the ARG storyline, other than the scientists are using particle physic theory with the cubes... but do we need to know this level of detail?? I'll stick with it, I'll keep adding to the foil cap, I'll keep reading about atoms and such... hope it comes together.
