The little "3" on Sam's boot/leg piece.

I had noticed it before but I never noticed that it stayed lit the whole movie.

I was just watching it now and during the battle on the Grid, the other riders with Sam (including Sam) appear to have numbers on their helmets. Sam's is '3', which matches what you just said about his boot/leg piece. Also, he was combatant 3 during the disc wars, too, so perhaps at least there is consistency. Smile

After watching the flashback scenes, like, 50 times in a row with a friend � half in slow-mo I think we've determined that Tron gets "stabbed" with his own disc. (Stabbing a guy with his own disc is not cool Clu, very harsh!)

I'm sure that has some significance, what exactly I don't know. But Legacy was written by LOST guys so I tend to over-think everything.

There are also a load of little things that are kind of stuck in my head after looking back at Flynn Lives and re-watching Legacy so many times. It's like this whole other story thread that's happening just off screen that you only get glimpses of. I'm half tempted to make an OT topic just to discuss the things that didn't happen in this movie.
