totheark uploaded the "Operator" video and the "Exit" video. "Operator" contained missing audio from the raw Marble Hornets tapes, and "Exit" had a 3rd party film Jay while Alex filmed Entry #13. Many took his ability to obtain missing audio and film to think that totheark was Seth, the Marble Hornets cameraman, although other people figured Brian, Sarah, and Tim being actors on Marble Hornets were also suspects. However, as it became extremely apparent that Masky was Tim, the majority opinion became that Tim was able to get the audio and film Jay just because he was an actor on the original Marble Hornets, because this made it easy to believe that Tim/Masky was totheark. However some people still argued that totheark was Seth.

This video, Forecast, however has thrown everything around. Many people have taken this to believe that totheark can't be Tim/Masky, and that he is simply able to obtain footage from him (Tim/Masky pretty obviously filmed the "Return" video.) Thus the people who think totheark is Seth assume that the guy outside Jay's car is Seth, and that he simply works with Tim/Masky. Others have assumed that Seth is either dead or not important enough and thus the guy outside Jay's car is either Brian or Sarah, because totheark has the aforementioned original Marble Hornets movie footage. However the reality is that if totheark can obtain footage from Tim/Masky, then it's very possible that totheark simply got the sound from "Operator" and the footage from the "Exit" video from Tim/Masky. totheark, or the person outside Jay's car, or both, could easily be Jessica.

Personally, I've decided that I think totheark is multiple people. totheark tells Jay "find me," and Jay finds Tim/Masky. totheark tells Jay "see you saw you," referring to someone filming Jay, in an Entry which

not to mention that Tim/Masky has his leg broken about a week before. If they're all being brain-washed by the same person, I don't see any reason why they can't share a Youtube channel. Maybe they're like the Proxy-Vlogbrothers. I think they probably have some sort of hive-mind though, they're all puppets of Slender Man in my opinion.

This... could be a mistake on TTA's part. If they've had to wait this long for a cue to show some more stalker footage, might it mean its the first time they've actually seen an entry where they caught Jay up? Perhaps they haven't been nearly so ever-present as they'd like Jay to think....

I think (s)he/it/they may not be constantly filming Jay. Perhaps just constantly watching Jay. On the other hand, I think this video is mind fucking Jay, that even if Masky does have a broken leg at that point, they're still watching Jay always.

 		I've compiled a list of pro's and con's for somecharacters to be TTA/TTPL

Alex pros:
- Claims to have known Jays whereabouts and "get a package delived to [his] door" To further prove it was his tape, he shows up at the return address while jay is there. (see you, saw you??) He know where Jay is always.
- The vid of alex and amy that was sent to jay has some pretty weird TTA-esque footage at the beggining
- Exit could have easily been posted and taped by alex, before having his operator encounter.
- He would know his own phone number (sidetone) and have a picture of his own face (Fragments)
- He could have taped the footage in Brians house. We dont see that individual.
-He is under his own control around operator
-In the second season TTA switches to singular. (him and Tim and over)

Cons:
- LIES in sidetone.
- Why would he show us his own picture?
- He did seem authentically pissed about being reinvolved with the operator.

I will edit in more if someone adds legit cons or pros

- He has posted footage he shouldnt have before.... (Brian in MH)

Cons:
- His leg is bashed.
- He has not been in a TTA vid since it has become singular (I, Me)
- His leg is bashed.
- No regular disortion of Masky nature if he is on camera
- Is not teleporting to the car and standing out of nowhere.

also, it seems strange that TTA walked to the car...and Tim seems to prefer teleporting into the same room (or, if the victim is awake, right behind them). Either he lost his teleporter, he felt like adding some variation, or that wasn't him.

You forgot what I think are big ones. Pro: Alex would have the missing audio. But I have a con that I think is bigger. Entry 26 was filmed after all of the season 1 totheark videos were. He seems to be calm, similar to before Slender Man was stalking him, like in Entry 5. He have been separated from the whole Slender Man phenomenon up until that Entry. totheark has clearly been not.

when was that, exactly? TTA has shown masky on camera, and told jay that masky was all up in his room, but i don't think TTA has ever said "IT IS I, MASKY!!"
