It was obviously Jay outside the car. Who else has a video camera. Y'all be dumb.

It all makes sense, "sllee pno.w" wasn't a description, it was a COMMAND. Jay was commanding whoever was in the car (Slendy? It's hard to see in that light) to sleep so he could film him!

Yes! Time traveling for fun and profit. We all know he has trouble with spelling.

I bet that white strip text is a guide.

Step 1: Stalk self and friends.
Step 2: ???
Step 3: Profit!

I am mildly amused by the "Tim couldn't POSSIBLY stand on a broken leg!" crowd.

We've seen that the dude can friggin' TELEPORT, for crying out loud. At this point I wouldn't put anything past him; he's clearly capable of things well beyond the normal human limitations.

Very this.

Since Masky is Tim, and therefore human, we must ascribe normal human attributes to him until explicitly proven otherwise. Tim can teleport (under certain circumstances, at least), this much is proven. The fact that he can teleport throws an increased probability that he has other supernatural powers as compared to, say, Jay or Alex, who have not been shown to have any powers, but it does not give you a free card to say "Tim is supernatural therefore <random> doesn't apply to him." Otherwise you might as well say "Tim created the universe." "There's no evidence for that!" "Tim can teleport, normal laws clearly don't apply to him." To say that is meaningless without prior evidence that Tim can, indeed, create the universe (or something reasonably inductive, like creating matter from nothing).

That is to say, you can say "that person in the background was teleporting, we've seen Tim teleport, so it's probably Tim since nobody else really teleports." But you can't say "It was clearly Tim. What? His leg is broken? Well he can teleport so therefore he can walk on a broken leg!"

That's not to say that TTA isn't Tim, necessarily, but explaining away the very clear issue of him being injured and most likely indisposed at this point with evidence that doesn't exist makes you just as bad as the people who fanwank unsupported theories about why TTA is Sara because if you put the first letters of all her sentences together you get "harttoke" an anagram of To The Ark (or something similarly asinine).

I'm starting to see merit in the theory that TTA might be Brian. A lot of people are posting about a to-do involving someone "coming back from the dead," and if I remember correctly, didn't Brian go missing? Not confirmed killed, moved away, or whatever, but just straight up vanished?

Jay did, at the trashed house, his own apartment, and the hotel--once when chasing Tim, once when being chased by Tim, and once when sleepwalking, if I remember correctly. If Jay can do it at will, he hasn't mentioned this; if Tim could do it at will, then there must be rules, like "Must walk through a doorway to activate," or "Sorry, SOL if someone's about to drop a rock on you."

I see merit in it too, at the very least, it's not completely out there than MH cast members other than Tim experienced some form of insanity/mind control, in fact, it would be somewhat odd for Tim to have been the only one. Brian being absentee (and absentee earlier than the other members) certainly gives him room to be TTA, especially since he was one of the more important characters of season 1 (at least by proxy of his house being the one Jay visits). It's not a slam dunk, but if it's not Tim he's probably the best bet alongside Alex.

Brian went out for snacks and apparently never came back, which furthers for me the theory that the Operator has a grudge against Doritos.

The opening bits of video involve killing and reanimating dog parts. It could be just fun with gross videos, but it's still suggestive.

I'd just like to point out that jay is a scrawny White boy that films stuff for a living, and he kicks masky's ass on a regular basis. There has been one or two discrepencies in the film of rooms, which may or may not point at time travel (I'm geussing that most have come to the conclusion that it's true?) Tim showing up and getting around well enough to hide from Jay and Watch him after only a week, is highly unlikely. Granted, even after 7 months, it would be a stretch, but a week is even more so. Occam's razor suggests a either a third party, TTA (assuming he's not Masky), or Alex (assuming he's not TTA)

I don't understand... A broken leg doesn't render you completely immobile. He could have gone to a doctor, who then put his leg in a boot. At a slow enough gait, you would hardly even be able to see a limp.

And besides, the figure in Entry #39 isn't exactly walking normally.

I feel like a broken leg is a really poor excuse for it not to be Tim.

Wild theory: Tim is ToTheArk, but Alex shot the footage of Jay sleeping (for whatever reason)

Tim waited for Jay to open the safe, then stole the Alex tapes and chased Jay away.

So Tim knows something about Alex clearly, considering that every recent TTA video (and entry) has been close to or relating to Alex.

I actually like this theory a LOT. The theme of Marble Hornets and TTA as of late has seemed to be very anti-Alex.

TTA saying "I have wanted to show you something" could be saying that he more wants to show him something about Alex (along the lines that he's not to be trusted or generally a bastard) and maybe not so much "I WANT TO SHOW YOU SOMETHING... THIS WAS ME, HAHA!"

Food for thought.

This has turned into the Entry-39-esque debate between "It's slendy!" "No it isn't!" "Yes it is!" "Nuh-uh!"
only applied to this thread.

WE'LL FIND OUT WHEN WE FIND OUT. PLEASE STOP ARGUING ABOUT THIS PARTICULAR POINT.

So THAT's why Operator's cousins were on Doctor Who this week!
