To be honest, I like this series, much for the same reason I liked Observe and Terminate. It's taking the Mythos in a new direction. The scenes are refreshing, and it's done in a far less...camera-centric way: it's more like the camera's just there, not that the scene's being constructed. I also rather like the banter. There also appears to be a larger budget for this series than most; the sheer amount of gear is making me look forward to things to come. The writing is sloppy, but that's an in-game choice: our character is a dude who barely got through school, and left at 16 to join the armed forces.
The spelling is suppose to be shit.

Let's just skip past the part where I point out your missing "d" and just get to my question.
Why? Why is it supposed to be shit? What purpose could that POSSIBLY serve?

one word, realism if the writer is not suppose to be a good writer, having the shitty spelling grammar gives it that extra touch.

And yet there is a reason which we are encouraged to use grammar: sloppy grammar makes your work difficult and unpleasant to read. So if you do this you're valuing a trivial character point (what does it matter if this character is a poor writer?) above making your blog accessible to readers.

From what you understand? Open the link, read ANY sentence. Then you can come back and say "from what I understand," bra .
