Photoshop help - editing "raw data"?

Okay, so I'm going to be using a particular photo or two in my game, and I'm trying to edit the (think it's called) "metadata" - the stuff which says stuff like when it was created, edited, etc. And I want to know how. On photoshop, I can get onto File>File Info>Raw Data, but I can't edit any of it. I want to change the date and time taken, remove that it was edited in Photoshop, stuff like that. Maybe hide some stuff in there. Does anyone know if this can be done?

To be precise, I need to change the stuff that, when you right-click on a photo and go into "properties", is in the "details" section under "File". Owner, Computer, Date created are the things I really need to go, and I can't find any way to edit them.

Re: Photoshop help - editing "raw data"?

You are looking for a metadata editor... possibly only EXIF (the regular metadata), but maybe some of the other types.

Here is one of the best explanations and links to software I have found:

Hope that helps

You can't change the properties under "File". These properties describe the file on your computer, but are not part of the file itself. If you'll send the file to someone else he will see different properties. BTW, if you need to change XMP properties (type of metadata that often resides next to EXIF), this metadata editor can be used.
