I looked through some posts and I didn't really see anything along the lines of TTA. I might be wrong, so if this was pointed out already then I'm sorry. I saw someone pointed out Alex might be sacrificing Jay so I am going off of that.

Someone in the earlier pages made a point that Alex had a behavior change when he was first stalked so it would make sense if he were to act the same way now.

Using that information, say that Seth actually is TTA. We saw Alex and his slow change in behavior with the crew and we also saw the tape that was in the red tower were I believe Seth went missing.
What if Alex was trying to sacrifice Seth to Slendy and it didn't work, causing Seth to go crazy or something of the like (TTA). Or they just ran into him on accident and Slendy took Seth, causing Alex to get an idea that if Slendy gets someone he will go away.
So then Alex leaves and we get Jay posting tapes and his girlfriend messing around with his camera bringing Slendy back.
And let's say Seth/TTA is actually trying to help Jay and warn him that Alex may be planning to sacrifice him as well.

This is just a thought.

slender man started appearing to alex when he watched the footage from marble hornets and saw slendy (possibly)

slender man started appearing to jay when he watched alex's footage

what if jessica somehow comes across jays camera in the park, watches it, and then begins getting stalked herself? explains why she's a candidate of "losing chunks of time"

This entry made me laugh, mostly because I'd thought at the end of the last one "Um...so Alex didn't say what TIME to meet, retard." I thought I was just ruining everyone's fun, but apparently they noticed.

Also, Jay has clearly never played a video game before. I mean, a wide open clearing in the middle of the forest with a log and a shrine thing in the middle? It's too dark to see into the rest of the forest outside the clearing? It's an obvious boss battle, dude, you should have been prepared.

Thought: At this point Jay should know that distortion = Slendy is near. If we assume that he actually looks at the camera as he's filming then you'd think he'd know that slendy was near. I don't think that distortion means that slendy is near, just that he will, at some point, come into contact with the tape. (or Tim apparently)

It just occured to me: what if the pain Jay feels has something to do with the old mythos? Slenderman always seemed to have something to do with internal organs (particularly removal), so what if he is messing with Jay's? If that doesn't leave you on the ground, I don't know what will.

Pet peeve: you can't have a theory based on pure speculation. It's more of a hypothesis. Theories are based on fact.

are we really debating over the usage of the term 'theory'? Its the internet, we are lucky to have people using the generally correct meaning, and even outside of the internet it would seem a little odd to fight over that.

After all, language is all about meaning, conotation. As long as the correct meaning is communicated, I see no reason to fight about it. And we know what people mean when they say 'theory' around here, so therefore successful communication, case closed.
