Possibilities:
-Alex brought J here knowing it was Slendy's hunting grounds (implying that he injured Masky to prevent him from interfering).
-TTA knew where J was going and tipped off Slendy, however one does this, that J would be arriving.
-Alex and TTA are somehow working in concert for some goal that involves J encountering Slendy.
-Alex invited J to the park for innocent reasons, TTA is only doing his stalker bit because that's what he does, and Slendy just sort of showed up.

Alex seems up to something less than benevolent and I wouldn't trust him, but there's plenty of space for misunderstanding when dealing with Slender Man paranoia.

Also--is it just me, or does Slendy have a much darker-toned face in this entry than usual? In some of the entries it seemed to me like his head was the same shade of white as his shirt, but this was definitely a tan shade, something that could have been a human skin tone. Is it the different lighting or what?

Awesome entry, i agree that those tree holes look people shaped, possibly where they stretch people, like Alex was talking about in Entry 38. I love how Jay peeks round to check if its clear, then its all OMGWTFBBQHANDBA.

 		I don't really get what happens between Jay seeing the Operator and running away. I see his hand on the grass for a moment, but mostly the camera just shakes. I almost thought we were doing the Tribe Twelve thing where the video shakes erratically as the cameraman gets Operated. But then he just picks up the camera again, looks at Slendy, and runs off. Was he trying to hide behind the brick-tree? O_o

RE: the tree being the Ark. That's what popped into my mind as well, though there's no more proof of this being the Ark than there is of the Red Tower (for example) being the Ark. It's not like this is the only place The Operator has been spotted.

Well it would make sense with the way the series has been going, last time he went all "OMG, ITS SO TALL, I MUST FILM IT!" We ended up with the Red Tower.
