The Operator finally suceeds in his goal of erasing all memory of him from the main characters, including Totheark and Masky.

Theory: The theme of recording is, obviously, rampant in the series. The Operator isn't a malevolent force as much as a natural one. The Operator erases our memories (changes our tapes) quite frequently through our lives. He just happened to slip up this time and get caught. Because he was caught, the characters can't forget him and the memories he's trying to wipe.

Totheark is obsessed with The Ark, which is a safe repository of all the knowledge and memories that The Operator has taken. What, precisely, The Ark is is never revealed or is hinted and teased at the end. It could very well just be The Operator. Totheark either wants their memory back after a previous encounter with The Operator or is more malicious and wants all the info that The Operator has taken.

The Operator, then, is just that, an operator. He operates the camera that is the human mind. The camera isn't supposed to see who is operating it, and thats why he is so intent on finding our main characters.

I doubt things will be wrapped up this way, but thats my call for the end!

Here is my idea:
Jay and Alex confront Slendy and engage in fisticuffs. After a minute of Billy Blaine fist fighting, they get bored and all go back to the spooky house, where masky lives. All four play call of duty, DDR, and karaoke, in which Slendy sings "Funky Town". They all get drunk and the camera falls over and goes black.
Cut to morning, where the camera is facing a barn wall. Jay picks up the camera and points it to a hole in the barn caused by Jay's car, The other guys asleep in bales of hay, a dead horse, and a prostitute. The others get up and remain silent for a minute. Jay then Calls out "That was awesome!" and they all high five.

Slendy is revealed to be Fred Savage; he is doing research for a movie where he is to play the role of a tall, pale, thin man who terrorizes people on the internet. The movie is revealed to be a Daniel Tosh biopic.

I don't know about the ending, but I DO know what I want the ending ending to be.

After all is resolved, Jay shows a raw tape from Marble Hornets, with a kind of pretentious dialogue, monologue, or eulogy. It would be with Brian and Tim reminiscing about life and then ends with an analogy about how our lives are like "Marble Hornets"

Maybe it would really focus on fear, paranoia, and being stalked.
