I thought I remember seeing one when I went to see Thor. I should be going back to the theater this weekend hopefully and I will take a look.

Undiscovered 'secret' URL
AMC Century City LA

http://yfrog.com/nmue9z

Spoke with /Film via twitter and he says he took his vid at the AMC Century City LA (downstairs)

Is anyone able to check out the standee for the hidden URL?

*edit*
the official Australian Super 8 facebook has posted the same video as above and is asking for Aussie folks to find a similar standee and to check it out. There are more standee's out there with the hidden URL.

Yesterday someone posted on super8new.com that they found the website.
clip57.standee.super8-movie.com
Hopefully each standee has its own unique url.

Where on the standee?

Was this found under, behind, within or part of the hidden video screen/ I have a standee at my theater and would like to know where to look.

simplicityjones, I think (i'm guessing due to the circular photo) that the link is inside the little peephole.

Click the links above. Once you know where to look, it's pretty self explanatory.

Look for this

I went to that tagruato website and visited this page from the site...
http://www.tagruato.jp/slusho_subsidiaries.php

Click on the link to the Slusho Webpage and tell me and the rest of us, what you think about it.

Also, in the Super 8 movie trailer, near the end of the movie trailer, the kids are watching either the complete moive or a clip of the movie that they found at the train crash site....and it shows the creature. Can you say "What the Hell?!"

"I saw it...and nobody believes me". "I believe you". He believes the guy because he saw the same thing in the movie clip. And the kids can't tell anyone, because they are afraid....of the military!

The creature does not have tenticals, it has a tounge.....like a chameleon.

If you look at the clouds in Super 8 Movie Site or Poster...you will see the face(s) of the creature...I count about 5 of them...maybe 6. How many flavors do the pops have?

this just occurred to me...since they know where we are all located wouldn't it make sense to put standees in theaters with the highest concentration of recruits?

Standees

In my hometown standees are not allowed in theaters because of fire codes. I asked what is done with them if they are received. The answer: they are stored in a back room unboxed, or they are modified to be hung on wall. I asked if unboxed standee for SUPER8 possible give-away and they said it would be returned or given to employee. Sad

@Lotto- That sucks! Hopefully it will go to a grateful, appreciative employee and not just end up in the trash somewhere.

And, just for the record, I checked the Super8 standee at one of the Harkins close to me, but it also was not a "special" standee. No peephole/film. boo.

Likewise with the one I saw yesterday here in Australia. Rather disappointing.
