We know totheark is tim but Hoody is also ToTheArk. It couldn't be jessica or Sara because the body type Hoody has isn't that of a girls (unless she's jacked). Seth is lanky but Brian is quite stocky. And it sure as hell cannot be Alex because they are working against Alex and seem to be warded from Slendy.

I'm pretty sure the only entry it's been confirmed they used the real actor for Hoodie was Entry 45. And Hoodie did NOT look buff in Entry 45. In fact, ze looked pretty slight and thin, which is why a lot of people thought it was Jay at the time.

I don't think it's been confirmed that the real actor has ever played Hoody.

I don't think it's been "confirmed," either, but even if it has, OOG "confirmation" doesn't necessarily mean much. Whatever their intentions have been, the creators can change their minds. Until it goes into an entry, we shouldn't be so committed to the OOG stuff.

For example, what if there was supposed to be a plot point built around Tim's car? Now it's wrecked, and those plans would have to been changed. Lots of things can happen like that: an actor could move, they could lose access to a location, a key prop could be lost, or they could just have a better idea. I'm just saying, until it goes into an entry, OOG confirmation isn't as solid as we'd like it to be.

The rest of this post notwithstanding, I do not think that it's too helpful to try to guess at Hoody's identity by his body type. We don't have enough footage of all of the candidates to really make a good assessment, even if it was a good idea.

Probably nothing, but…

OOG
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Was just looking at IMDB's listing for marble hornets, and was very interested by the "main cast" listing:
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1885304/
Troy & Tim are no surprise, Jessica is a little surprising…but Amy? She's barely played a part at all…is this a sign of a greater rôle to come, possibly as/as a part of TTA, or is it the fevered over-interpretation of an ARG newb starved of a new entry?

Do we know anyone else's last name? I know there was speculation about Tim's, but I don't think they've said any but "Kralie." Jay could be a last name, I guess. The first Chief Justice of the United States was named John Jay. Wouldn't that be funny, if Jay turned out to be his surname?

Wtf? Why isn't Joseph considered one of the main cast? He plays more of a role throughout this series then Tim does.

I feel like he always gets the least amount of credit.

All we know are letters. Tim's last name starts with W, and Jay's starts with Mc.

Wait, when did we learn that Jay's surname begins with "Mc?" How did I miss that?

When Jay introduced himself to Jessica in Entry #28, he told his full name. He muted most of the last name, but you can still hear that much.

Huh. I never heard it clearly enough to think he said anything for sure. I thought maybe it was "Ni--" or "Mi--" or something. If "Mc--" is the consensus, then I guess that will work as well as anything.

Still doesn't explain the need for Alex's full name, its not like there's anyone else to confuse him with.

Maybe he used Alex's full name in the beginning because he was hoping that somebody online would recognize it and tell him where Alex was. Maybe there's another Alex among his friends, family, or acquaintances with whom he didn't want Alex Kralie to be confused, even though the phantom Alex doesn't figure into the MH stuff. Maybe he was trying to set off three years of theorizing about Alex's middle initial being "R."

That is possible, I still would like to think that there is some slight significance to it. Extremely random thought, remember for a short amount of entries there were two hooded figures people referred to, "hoody" and "woodsy" whatever happened to that?

I didn't buy into that for the same reason I don't buy into "skully" being his own thing. They're masks, not faces. Simpler to wait until you see 'em both at the same time before assuming they exist. Plus Jay at least has speculated that there's only one hooded bro.
