I'm not seeing a tree with an operator signal. I only see TTA. Someone help me out here?

I think it is supposed to be the tree on the far left in the top picture. Look closest to the bottom branch.

I think I kinda see one on the tree that's fallen over, but I'm not seeing one on the branches on the far left. Nor am I seeing any other figure besides TTA.

EDIT: Okay, at about 0:13, I kiiiinda see one, but not exactly. Doesn't look like the Operator either.

It took me a couple times to see it, but I think it could be either that or just a scribble. Not convinced either way, but keeping open minded about it.

I'm going to be a rebel here and not try to draw conclusions from the simplistic drawing.

Interesting how pasting in the tree in addition to the figure turns the old "you can't see the forest for the trees" thing on it's head.

We say someone can't see the forest for the trees when they're so focused on the little details they can't see the big picture.

Why would you not notice a tree in a forest? If you weren't paying attention to detail! It's very easy to do - look at a bunch of trees, think "forest", not pay attention to exactly how many trees they are and precisely how they are arranged. If I showed you a picture of dense forest, took the first picture away, and then brought it back with an extra tree added, then (providing I had decent photoshop skills) you wouldn't be able to tell where the extra tree was - not unless you'd actually gone to the trouble of memorising all of the trees in the picture!

What I think TTA is saying with the pasting-in-an-extra-tree thing is "you can't see the trees for the forest" - that Jay is constantly grasping for answers to the big questions, when in fact he would be better served paying attention to detail and working at the little points.

Or that could have just been the easiest way TTA saw of pasting himself into the picture. Except... why not just cut out the figure and then paste it in next to one of the existing trees?

I like this train of thought. My only argument would be that he has payed attention to smaller details (the pills, the bullet casing). But maybe he has slid more on the smaller details as he has went on, and focused more on the big picture?

That was the first one I saw. I don't know where the other one people are talking about is.

I'm still standing by my theory that if you go back through Entry 40 frame by frame around the time you see that log, you might catch a glimpse of something there. I'd check it myself, but I lack the skills >.<

Hey everyone, new guy here, I've noticed that in the entry #40 thread there was small discussion on someone/thing hiding behind a tree

any significance to TTA and his tree?

I just thought of something. We can see the roots of the trees in the drawing. No one can see those above ground. Maybe TTA is saying there was no way to see him.

It mainly looks like the operator symbol on the tree, the one found way earlier, then the lines that look like they are continuing from higher up get darker right as the symbol connects with them, forming a neck. looking at it further I can see pants on what looks like, not saying it definitely it but it stuck out to me as odd, our Slender friend. Looking at it more, going with the nutjob idea that its Slenderman, it looks like he is drawn over the tree if those are supposed to be legs. I may be looking into it too much, but if it turned out to be Slenderman Shocked weird.

GameGodOfAll maybe TTA is a nut laying on the ground :3

Edit: Just took a closer look at my pick... I might be crazy but those look more like letters than a tree to Operator stick man tree's left...name need improvement not sure what to call it yet.

Yeah, that figure in the drawing definitely looked like someone on the ground. And if you look closely, I believe he even has a pencil in his hand. Perhaps he was making those drawings as he watched Jay.

I think we concluded that it was just a root or something.

Edited to fix double post.

I think this is the one on the tree everyone mentioned.

EDIT: Looking at the first one I posted again, it's actually on a fallen tree, not the ground...oops Embarassed
