 		yeh me neither, i'm just reading off these guys. I actually think it might be the opposite - that they're the ones who will be getting it? The e-mail was an emergency e-mail to be automatically sent out if something bad had happened to Howard. Since Howard's been taken by the Green, I imagine he won't be able to use his e-mail account. So, I'm guessing Howard sent up as part of the emergency procedure that as soon as two people got the answers correct, the video recording or whatever gets sent out in two parts, and the account shuts itself down.

Edit--I experimented. My brother emailed the same answer. He got the account closing message. Did draghkar say he got the account closing response as well or not? So far, only jeho and I have confirmed we haven't got the account closing message.

 		I guess we should rearrange the lines somehow, in accordance to Менделеев's ( Very Happy ) periodic table. So it should be H He Li Be B C N O F, but I don't quite get the thing with vinculum, does it indicate a bond between H and N or what? I'll try swapping the lines for now.

Here it is rearranged (and feel free to use it if you are lazy to type the whole thing by yourself). Note the last line, 'till reading these lines you are mad'. I think it's another clue.

EDIT: Oh right. Hydrogen vinculum Nitrogen is ammonia!, its formula is NH3.

 		By the way, NH3 means that there are three H atoms to one N atom per molecule. Multiplying a line three times doesn't really make sense, what else? I leisurely tried removing every third letter in some lines, but that was also wrong, apparently.

 		Been lurking this one for a while - gonna get in on it now!

In the e-mail the elements are organized alphabetically, and nomad's now organized them by atomic number, but maybe there are other ways of organizing it still? That could be what the Hydrogen Vinculum Nitrogen is leading to...

Also, nomad, you've got a couple lines backwards there - Be comes before B on the periodic table.
