BtI in hex yields "42 74 49" in Hex and "SQ==" in Base64. The additional information that the green gave said that "I" also yielded "SQIE", so translating "SQIE" from Base64 to Hex gives "49 02 04". Combine that with the unfinished Hex from BtI, you get "42 74 49 02 04". Make that into a number string with no spaces and look up on the friendly search engine to find a photohosting site we're familiar with ^_^

Now that it's been found, what next? I have no clue what to do with either the picture or binary. In case you couldn't tell, I have a hard time with puzzles without any hints Embarassed

 		I'm not exactly sure of the picture's meaning either, but in terms of the binary, I think there might be a typo.

The quote is from Frankenstein, beginning of chapter 22. In the context of the book, it was referring to the preparations for the wedding.

Intueor actually means to gaze at, look upon, observe, or even guard. In this context, I believe he is referring to someone in particular who does these things.

 		Intueor is, in the context of F.F.E.Y.T., an organization? A group that Father was part of, that brought Forest back.

 		I received two emails from The Watchman.

The first email:

The second email had two attachments that looked to have the same information sent for different Word doc compatibilities (doc and docx). I have yet to take a close look at the files.

 		It's basically several strips with numbers and a few punctuation marks scattered throughout...looks suspiciously like something you decode by wrapping it around a pencil, but I have yet to attempt this.

The text says this:

Quote:
Father will be maintained until everything is balanced.

whilst the other opinion will be executed to the letter.
We do not desire this, but it is needed to be so.

Hidden behind the first image is another. The text is as follows:

 		Ok, that actually makes sense...

And I was right! Except it would take a code stick that's bigger than a pencil...

Anyway, here's the solution:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The numbers and the "x" in boxes all lined up, one every six letters. I basically just wrote out the strips, cut them out in sets of six, and lined them up. They spelled out this:

Nature! Great parent! Whose unceasing hand rolls round the seasons of the changeful year, how mighty, how majestic are thy works! X 23 09 09 04

The quote comes from a piece called "States fall — Arts fade — but nature doth not die" by William Brevard Dusenbery.

The connection? The very first line, referring to the title, says this: "Such was the ejaculation of the immortal Byron while standing on the Bridge of Sighs, thinking on the sad fate of fallen Venice."

Actually, the piece you have referenced only quotes the quote. It originally came from here:

Which is a text with some other interesting quotes like:

That might be inconsequential, but I found it funny a the least.

 		Ok, I'm really, really sure that we're missing something. I keep thinking of the email:

We have until sunset and we'll know we succeeded if we know what to get and who to ask.

ddl speculated that we might be able to go on with the lottery, assuming Forest is worthy. So I guess I have to wonder if The Watchman means that we should know that we need to get the rest of the tickets and that he Howard Fair folks should ask the FFEY-T Venice people how to proceed with the lottery. Just my thought, but I don't know what to do with said thought now.
