That's the most insulting thing I have ever laid eyes on, and whoever drew it was probably about to kill his/herself. In no way, was your post to this thread, even slightly considered as a rational thought. I award you no Brownie and may God have mercy on your soul.

Alright, OP, new question. Does Kyle Chandler (Joe's father) kick ass in this movie? Very Happy

 Rocket Poppeteers

Does make a very brief and subtle appearance early in the film.

Not to beat a dead horse, but I still can't get over the fact that "victims" is in quotations.. If the alien simply wanted the cops radio and the store workers walkman I'm going to be extremely disappointed! Let's not forget that the abduction scene from Close Encounters was VERY intense, yet somewhat misleading.
I fear that the promise of "STIES" will not hold up... 100$ says that MGP would destroy this new creature!

Ask and you shall receive

I would like to know, what happened Joe Lambs mother...we see her in one of the Lamb home movies. I am assuming that she passed on years before, when Joe was just a toddler. Can you give us any answers to that?

RR

Hello,

Sir / Madame, I perceive you to be a fraud. You are a charlatan and a fake. You did not see this movie. Your answers appear to be a mixture of what is already known here and on other viral sites, concocted with your own opinions and storytelling.

You are what is called an attention whor(delete and add)……….woman of the night.

No one of sound mind would post "I've seen the movie, ask me anything" if they indeed saw this film. Who do you think you are posting this baloney trying to attract these fine folks into asking YOU questions? You should be ashamed of yourself. Anybody that claims to have seen this film would never do what you have done.

Now go sit in the corner.

If I am found to be in error, then please take the high road and keep quiet.

Hello, Franko/Francis, I percieve you to be an ass. How dare you show up here with your dress and insult one of our oldest members? Have you no respect for another person's opinion? Half of the things he says are NOT related to viral marketing, and I don't think that he would lie to us, considering he's been a member since, oh, 2007! You are a disgrace to Unfiction. GOOD DAY, MADAM!

Rumor has it that she dies in the beginning of the film due to an accident at the factory where she works.

Although I'm a little annoyed at the "I know something you don't know" attitude, this individual has been polite and does seem to have some sort of inside knowledge.

Let's play nice!

Definitely saw the movie. I have no reason to lie. As someone said earlier, I've been a member for a while, was heavily involved in the "Slusho/Cloverfield" ARG, and some of the LOST ARGs. No reason to be a jerk and lie to the good people of Unfiction.

Sorry for not spilling everything about the movie, but you guys really should wait to get most of the answers. All will be revealed soon so sit tight!

As for those who have been asking more questions, I'd rather not spoil most of what's being asked. The "victims" comment is meant to be very vague as to not completely ruin the surprise. Trust me, it's fun to figure these things out as the movie unfolds!

Can't wait to see it again! Sorry if you guys think I'm being a jerk or something, my intentions have always been to shed some light on the mysteries, but never completely spoil anything.

Thanks!

I was just informed that I have tickets to see a special screening this Saturday at 10 am!!! Can't wait!! Im not sure if there are screenings like this in other states too, but the site I was sent passes from is gofobo.com. Looks like you just have to put your postal code in and they search for screenings in your area! Good luck! And for those of you that don't have screenings in your area, I would be glad to answer ANY questions after Saturday. If I feel it is a spoiler though I will either put my answer in a spoiler tag or send response via pm.

Why make a thread called Ask Me Anything if your going to selectively answer?

Obviously some of us WANT to be spoiled. You not answering makes your entire thread pointless. Im beginning to side with Franko on this one. Idea

AND IF you work for BAD ROBOT, you spoiling things is not going to affect whether or not we go see the movie. We all have too much invested in this for that. You'll get your $$$ either way.

Aside from the ARG, which i enjoy most, I know there's some of us out here who fear getting burned by Abrams and his Mystery Bag motif as we have been in the past. Trust is a fragile thing.
