It's curious that Metacortechs directory says that Thomas Anderson was "transferred". Why wouldn't they just take his name off the directory after he "disappeared"? Metacortechs had nothing to do with his being unplugged, so why the cover?
So, if they list Kat as being "transferred" that wouldn't tell us much about their involvement with it either.
Am I missing something?

I guess I am really just interested in why they appear to have attempted a cover up on why Mr. Anderson doesn't come to work anymore when they had nothing to do with it? Business practice is to just say "transferred"??? Makes no sense to me.
I suppose on the shift of attention from Kat to Neo I now no longer belong in this post subject.....I'm off to look for the one that dissects this question of cover-up for Neo more closely.

After calling 702-350-7100, I get a pre recored message that says that the area code has changed to "775". It is followed by what I beleve to be the same message, in spanish (I can hear them saying the numbers, but my high-school spanish is a little rusty Wink

). Calling that number gives me a busy signal.

Acording to http://www.thedirectory.org, 775-350 is a Reno cellular block.

I think that they ment to point us too (206)350-7100, which is the main Metacortechs switchboard.
