I can provide some online support for Atlanta or Dallas for a little bit, probably until 5-ish, for whoever needs it, Atlanta seems a little shorthanded. I'm at the halfway point for both, and can't make it to either at the moment.

EDIT: I also wouldn't throw all our eggs in one basket on the Millennium thing, don't just congregate around things with the name Millennium in them, I would pick a strategic point in the cities, somewhere where things are easy to get to.

I lived in North Dallas for ages, but I don't know the downtown area especially well... I can provide some degree of backup help online if you need more of an "oracle" team for Dallas, though. What exactly does that entail? Looking things up, relaying information between team members, etc.? I should be able to do that.

The former "Millenium Dallas Airport" (apparently it's abandoned and hasn't gone by that name for years) looks like it's a midcities thing, rather than an actual Dallas thing. The metroplex is huge so if they say "Dallas" I would expect something more central...

Agreed about the uh "Millennium basket"... it was a bit of a longshot that just happened to line up. In the case of Chicago and Orlando, which we were talking about first, those locations make sense for reasons beyond their names.

Still working to be 100% confirmed that I can do Orlando on Thursday. Will know by tomorrow at latest. If not, I have extensive familiarity with Chicago, NYC; relatively good with LA, SF, Atlanta.

Still think we may be expected to log in at Mission Icefly site w/TSN account *before* we can proceed to location...

Wondering whether Twitter would be useful for coordination beyond just hashtags... some of us may not want to flood our regular accounts with ARG tweets Wink

If we create an account for like @IceflyOps, we could tweet info as an @ reply and have it RTed by a net support person? Eh, just a thought. Haven't had my caffeine yet Razz

My guess is that someone not on Unfiction will be taking Denver. So that's one city where we'll essentially be blind as to the goings on.

It would be so much easier if we knew how many people were participating in the whole thing and where they were located >.< Like a master list of test subjects or something.
