Let's not get jealous! After everything, it's still a game you didn't pay into. Besides, Mission: Icefly only starts in July. Maybe some might get a sneak peak, but hopefully the plurality of us get the same chance, at a later date, of course.

Maybe Mr. Driver lives near Comic Con, or some major USA city. I live pretty close to downtown Tampa, so I might rule out my zone for now. It may be due to the random combo too. I've been compiling a list of results for almost all of the combos. Perhaps the winning combo has a sensory bias that describes a new flavor of 5 Gum. Like, more smell and touch describes Vortex, or something else.
im in tampa as well so the zone may be correct

The name is Bailey. lol and meh, I live in Monroe, Louisiana? Not really near much...

Re: Operator

I received an email from the testsubjectneed people giving me a code and a phone number. I called today and a person called "The Operator" told me the following: "You are specially chosen for Mission: Icefly. Code 333. You will be followed up with further instructions in the mail and through phone calls. This is not a test. This is the future."

Then they hung up. I'm not sure how I feel about all this, however I will continue on with it. Did anyone else get this email and called the number?

Can you post the email addy it came from? Or at least the subject line? Easier to scan my spam folder that way.

black envelope!

Long time lurker who finally has time to play more. I registered maybe two weeks ago and came home today to find a shiny black bubble envelope in the mail. Opened it to find the same folded paper with a blue flasher attached as was dropped at Bonnaroo. The QR code leads to a mission icefly countdown page with an end time of Thursday 6/30 @ Noon PT.

The package was mailed from Pasadena, and since I'm in LA I got it first. Maybe more are headed everyone's way....

Arrgh, I'm doing something wrong with the Flickr URLs.....help?

Let's try an URL to the Flickr set.

soooooo
testsubjectsneeded.com was initially found from a 5 gum ad in the comic flashpoint (DC). (it was then found in various forms such as an ad in a seattle magazine, and a facebook side ad)

then movieviral posted an article saying "wrigley's gum needs your help to hunt the red skull"

red skull from the marvel comic "captain america"

5 gum is made by Wrigley.

confused Very Happy

i think the captain america promotion is separate from what's going on here. there's also a x-men first class promo going through the end of june headed by 5 gum, but that seems to be separate as well, and it's only for australia and new zealand residents.

Ohnonono. I just ranted about how they weren't changing my age in my profile after contacting privacy and they just did. They entered the wrong date instead of the wrong year that I entered, so I contacted them again, but it doesn't really matter.

Still waiting on envelope. ^_^

Nope. And I've been checking my spam folder regularly for other reasons.
