Considering that this is based on a 5 senses thing I think we should take into mind of how the package smells, any different textures, etc. Since on the 5Gum Cochella site the only door not open is taste.

O_O the number that I was given to call and have been receiving calls from was a 916 number...I am not allowed to release the whole number, and you shouldn't either if they contacted you. Release of the number will cause immediate detachment. Just wait, they should contact you again. FINALLY someone else!!

Simply Googling the phone number that called me doesn't yield any specific mentions of anything, so there's nothing exciting for me until they call back. I really hope they do. I hope that wasn't my only chance. x_x

Now that I think about it, the card that says we are creatures of senses does have a distinct smell to it... course that would be an odd thing to use as a lead.

I had a thought that maybe each package had a different smell that closely resembles one of their gum flavors. In one of the Cochella tests if you had a webcam your supposed to hold up the gum or something. Just a thought.. this is food of course! And I think 75% of taste is actually scent... or something...

I just had a thought. What if we got these helicopters to make it rain elsewhere... >_>

I wonder if there are enough people following to do that and make it not look lame.

 MIF LED Helicopter

First post, just signed up. Was hoping someone might have already torn their helicopter into sections so I don't have to. But when you line up the silver pattern on the helicopter "wings" is it just me or would it look exactly like the Marathon symbol from Bungie games? I know that the current path has everyone under theassumption that this is 5gum related. Just throwing in my two sense(get it)....cents. Excited I am!

I discovered TSN through the Bungie forums, and there's official word from Urk that Bungie has no involvement in this.

Fair enough, like I said a lot of the clues so far do point to 5gum. It just seems odd that this is happening around Bungie day on their 20th anniversary, is bee related (ilovebees.com), is run by the same company and has a symbol similar to that found in a game they still have the rights to make games in the universe for in Marathon. I could be wrong, obviously, many things point to this fact. Did Bungie ever say yay or nay to being involved with ilovebees.com? It could be a way to divert attention from them...or it could be for 5gum Sad

They launch their campaign in ads in multiple DC comics immediately when we are expecting a 42 Entertainment arg for The Dark Knight Rises and they pass out envelopes with giant bee looking things (The Ice Fly) out at E3 when Halo 4 is being announced.

Truth be told, I think they are purposely trying to drum up people previously involved with their ARGs since gum has no inherent fanbase. It worked on me at least if that is the case.

which leads to mission icefly.com

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

that "ribbon" is this very bizarre little device that is supposed to activate when i twist it right, still figuring it out but figured you guys would enjoy a heads up update the ribbon is explained in the video, they are just blinky things that were dropped from the sky at bonnaroo. the countdown seems to be our next goal

And now they are arriving in white envelopes...

Also that isn't a ribbon, it's a helicopter you activate it's light by twisting together the metal part, which is a light. Check out the youtube video link when you get to missionicefly.com. Thanks for letting us know you're in!

I think perhaps you are confusing the large white address label on the black envelope as a white envelope?

Just chiming in that I got my package today. Black envelope. My LED died within seconds of twisting it on for the first time. Is this similar to everyone else's experience?
