Offhand, I don't know of any movie/game with a related concept... I try to keep up with movies in production, but who knows. If I have time to kill I may look into it. I initially thought of Oblivion, but it seems too early for that.

Had a few minutes I had to slaughter indiscriminately, so I typed up the entirety of the splash page text Razz In case there was anything interesting, and in case no one else wanted to give themselves eye strain.Fun cross between imitation legalese and a college paper you'd write when you hadn't read the book... using a spoiler cut because it's a huge block of text.

 		Thanks ADarkly! Sounds pretty involved...I remember hearing (not reading myself) that the disclosure mentions off-line participation, so I'm excited to see how my senses are going to be overhauled.

 		Given that we are getting closer to SDCC, Im hoping the badges we made will get us into something at the con. Maybe a special booth or something. Just had a thought, when I get home I am going to look into the booth layout for sdcc and see if anything stands out.

 		Different color LED's
When my girlfriend and I got our envelopes I turned on my flasher and saw the same blue LED's that we had seen earlier. My girlfriend didn't try hers, we figured just save the batteries.

After seeing the orange LED on here I tried out her flasher and she had one blue LED and one white LED.

I noticed that when the lights are off, there is a red splotch on the white face of mine. There is a yellow splotch on the section where her white LED is.

Who knows if the different colors mean anything. I'm guessing that during the mass production of these, there is a possibility of a few stray colors accidentally getting thrown in the mix. They are the same color when not activated afterall.

If anyone wants to see the white one I can get some pictures up later tonight, heading out the door now.

Yes, I saw. That's why I decided to type up the whole thing, since all the lines at the bottom are a bit of a pain to read. However, I am hungry, so I will accept your trout and grill that sucker up.

Stinji I'm leaning towards SDCC involvement based on the timing as well. I'll be one of the people there at least so maybe I'm just hopeful for some ARG action! Certainly worth a look but a lot of events, including things like Flynn Lives, are offsite now so there's not much way to predict...short of, for some events, checking whether theaters/space has been booked/leased, which is easier if you're on the ground.

It may be possible. Looking closer at mine, I have a red mark over the controller. The two LEDs that blink have the diode (filament?) over them, the one that shows orange on on the one person's, I have nothing on that one. If I can get a clear picture, I post it.

 		I'm interested in how the colors work out, it might be that the questions you answered gives you a combo of colors per set of answers. How many would that be I wonder?

Yeah, I checked the SDCC website and their exhibitor list isnt posted yet. I will be there as well so I am hoping for something on the ground. I was thinking it would be cool if they had a room or something set aside that you could only get into if you had a badge.
But I have a feeling that this year the ARG stuff at con is going to be insane. With TSN, WRB, and the rumors of one starting for TDK, plus any others that pop up, its going to be a chore to keep up with them all.

Off topic for a second- wonder if we should get twitter address together from anyone that is going so we can keep each other updated?
And what section would we post them in?

Hi everyone
1st post here, I just found out about this today and signed up to be a 'human test subject' .... Then read through ALL 33 pages you guys have so far, since I won't be getting my icefly copter for several day.

I've gathered the concensus is that this is for 5Gum, but others think they may be a sponsor and it's for a movie or game.

I'm new to ARGs the only one I've ever seen before was Ilovebees and only peripherally as I was testing an MMO at the time and didn't really get involved w/ILB. So I'm just throwing this out there - Could 5Gum in fact be a sponsor and also deliberate diversion away from what this is really about? My 1st thought and hope was Halo 4, but I think the release is too far away. But in ILB wasn't it 1st revealed in a movie trailer or something totally unrelated to Halo?

One last thing, I found Mission Icefly is a sponsored link on IMDB.com, which may or may not mean anything but I thought it was interesting. Here's the ad:
