Maybe you're right, we'll just have to wait and see. All I know for now Sunday will also kick of new Entry anticipation for me.

We also got an awesome phone call regarding a possible future of Marble Hornets while we were getting all of the equipment together to change locations, but as you can probably guess, I can't talk about it right now. Nice surprise though.

Troy may be a very good filmamker, but his real gift is creating anticipation by being deliberately vague. He's a freaking Einstein at it. He manages to create suspense around everything.

But it's because it's something the people love, my friend. :3

It's all about audience. If he walked into a medical conference and said SOMETHING BIG'S HAPPENING NEXT WEEK IN MARBLEHORNETS... he'd walk off, with a confused look on everyone's face...

However, to our community, we'd all freak out. Very Happy

True, but it also works the other way around: what makes us value MH entries so much, is that they are so rare and so short, and because each time Troy creates anticipation so masterfully. If someone showed you all 46 entries in a row you probably would still enjoy them (I sure liked watching the first 23 in one sitting), but when you get a new one once a month, each feels really special and you wait for it like its cure for cancer and Holy Grail rolled into one.

I like MH because most of the entries stay within three minutes duration. Other series are good, but replaying them is tedious as you already know which parts don't have action/have useless dialogue. It hurts replayability. MH does not suffer this, most entries can be watched again, and enjoyed. Great editing and focus.

Hmm... I don't know why they'd be announcing a season 2 dvd so soon.

That would be conceding to us that this season is nearly over. And if it's not, then it's sort of a wasted announcement.

But I really can't think of what else it could be.

A movie would be nice...I guess. I'm still not sure how well this would work in a theater setting.

I dunno...

Can't wait for Sunday though!

Agreed, also its so well packed together, other than a few tweets, most information is presented at some point in the video.

I doubt it's an S2 DVD. At least I hope it isn't already. Seems like they'd wait until after the season is over.

In fact, it CAN'T be. They started work fairly early on the S1 DVD, they don't even have all of the S2 entries ready yet.

99.9% sure it's not a DVD. A movie seems doubtful. Regardless, I am a water fountain with anticipation.

I've got it. The big announcement is that we'll be returning to the present soon.

Seriously that's all I can think of that actually seems plausible.
