Now imagine if that track came on while you were stuck in traffic. At midnight.


This actually happened to me. A few weeks ago, I found a cover of a song that I like on Youtube, and using an app on my phone, downloaded and converted the audio to mp3. I was walking home from work, listening to music on said phone, and the song came on. I was enjoying the music, like you do, and crossing a busy street near my home when KSSSSSSHHHHHHHHZZZZZZZT! The track cut out into loud, sudden, Operator-esque static. I just about shat myself. I froze, right there in the middle of the crosswalk before realizing what must have happened.

The conversion software had bugged out and the last 30 seconds or so of the track were corrupted.

Still, SCARED THE SHIT OUT OF ME.

It also, coincidentally, gave me an idea for something that I would do if I were in Jay or Alex's situation. Buy an iPod, wear loose-fitting headphones and listen to music at a low volume. If the audio starts freaking out, CONGRATULATIONS, YOU HAVE A VISITOR.

 		As much as I like that idea (Geiger counters are badass, a makeshift one even moreso) I don't think that pre-recorded music would start screwing up due to Big Op's presence.

But then again, as long as he doesn't mention how soon Season 2 will end, then this is the most believable option.

5. TV show will not happen, probably. Again, this is kinda the same deal as with the movie, in which Troy and Joseph could be brought on as consultants, but unlike the movie deal, there has been no rumors of a TV show based on Slendy that I've heard of, so this is most likely not going to happen.


I think season three is a possibility. There's enough characters to make it work. Who knows? Maybe Jay bites the dust and Jessica becomes a full-time character? Mr. Vaguey McVaguerson will never let us know, but to me... this seems most plausible.

In my opinion a movie seems doubtful, unless their getting financed for an online movie (Nickjackal, you can watch it at my place Razz). Honestly, "Hollywood" is already shopping around a slenderman style movie starring Jessica Biel called "The Tall Man"... so prepare for the suck on that front. THAT being said Hollywood in invested in 3 different Snow White movies right now... soo...?

Other than that... I dunno. Gonna hold out my hope for season three. I guess we'll find out tomorrow.

My logic assumes that OP's presence screws with all electronics--which it seems it might. Jay's computer has ended up mysteriously erased, a few TVs seem to have been on the fritz, and there's the incident with his tweets getting garbled when he sent them from around the Tower.

It's possible that an iPod wouldn't work though because of the way the music is stored--maybe an old Walkman with tapes?

I wouldn't doubt it. Tim mentioned he had plans to do a MH-inspired Source mod. I posted that chat in the MH Video Game thread.

We're just going to have to wait and see. Troy is a massive cocktease.
