But what I was thinking earlier is that maybe he means what would be Febuary the 31st if there was one. So, like, March 3rd. (Does that make sense?)
That could explain why it adds up to three. :3

 		At first I was starting to think Troy was trying to bring his out of game blog in game, which would've been interesting.

So, my rational side thinks it means 3 days we can expect season 3.

The unfictioner in me says these are a date,

If you use * as a wildcard, I'd say the only thing that makes sense for them to mean is 2/21/1*. Also, amrith's theory makes sense as well.

So, I think we're either getting it monday, wednesday, or friday...

So,with that added to the title,and Tim in the background--maybe it means that he has a lesson he wants him to listen to,or some tutelage he wants to instill in him.
It's hard to know if the "3" stands for March or if it stands for Season 3.Or,as I pointed out earlier--added to the "5" slashes before the lesson,to make "53",as in Entry #53.

Maybe the "iseeyou2" is Tim telling Jay that he knows Jay saw him in town and that Jay has been looking for him--but that Tim is hidden from Jay's sight and stealthily observing Jay and his histrionics?
