Now that we have a fairly convincing argument that the House and Brian's place are one and the same, there's a fairly disturbing implication...
Why did Jay have to get an anonymous tipoff to remind him of where Brian lived? You'd think if he were looking for Brian the first thing he'd do is check his old address. The implication there is that Jay didn't just forget little things about the MH shoot, or even moderately large things like a particular shoot, but is missing great aching gulfs of memory - if the gang were meeting at Brian's place on a regular basis throughout filming, as they appear to have been, it should have been really hard for Jay to forget where it was unless something seriously fucked has happened to him.

There is no proof , but there is evidence . If you don't want to speculate over who you think TTA is, then there is no point to speculating about the series at all.

He's also said that the OOG details he reveals aren't important in game. Plus he never said what exact duty tim was filling in for so for all we know hoody was the right actor that day but for all we know there might be a different person in that sweater if its ever revealed

The audio distortion is vexing me, as we've only seen 2 characters with audio distortion (Tim and Jessica). On the other hand we don't have proof that no one else causes this.

In addition to what bob said, hoody's audio wonkiness seems to be a simple tin-can effect almost like a weaker version of jessica's interference.
