Very creepy. I don't really know what was going on.
Numbers at the end:
1122
3125
1920
85185
I don't know what they could mean.

Yeah, that was pretty unexpected.
Kinda off-topic but I fucking love that 8-bit operator symbol at the end.
This video creeped me out, mostly that drawing with the shady guy hiding behind the tree. o-o

This looks like TTA retrieving the camera after Jay left it behind?

The immediate impression I got is TTA is saying he was indeed behind the tree that we all thought in entry 40.

I was actually just thinking that. It really seems like that's exactly what's going on.
Well now we have one answer about Entry 40, possibly.

To me it looks like he was hiding somewhere and watching Jay. Probably somewhere around where Entry #40 first starts having distortion.

We get a shot of the chimney(?) in the woods from entry #40 at about 0:22-0:24. I can't get a screenshot that's not blurry though. I can't see any people in it but it's really hard to tell through the distortion.

It looks almost like the video is backwards, because "I saw you" should come before "Did you see me". Just my opinion.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Is that a masky mask at 0:22 on the ground?

Ah, okay. At first the bit at 0:20-ish looked to me like the camera was being picked up off the ground, but after watching again it looks more like someone watching from up in the trees.
With the other idea I was wondering how the camera got from TTA to Jay. :v

Not necessarily. "Did you see me? I saw you." makes sense as well.
Is someone working on the music? I kinda sounds like the same music from Forecast.
