Editorial Reviews
"The Soviets sent a DOG. The U.S. sent a NUKE." If you are one of those guys that watches teaser trailers frame by frame to find hidden images, or if you spend ours online searching for secret promotional web sites, you can now take a break from all that, and study this comic book with a microscope, because this is a teaser or prequel comic book for the upcoming J.J. Abrams film "Super 8". This 8-page glossy comic book contains images and narrative not seem in any trailers released as of May 25th of 2011, and offers story background in a flashback story of the dawn of the space age. Th cover, dated "1960" and designed to look like a comic book from decades ago, is by Alex Ross, top comic book artist known for spectacular nearly photo-realistic imagery. Interior artist Tommy Lee Edwards is renowned for detailed, naturalistic visuals. Writer Peter Tomasi has helmed many of DC's best superhero books. Grab yourself a Slusho, sit back, and enjoy. Enter the Super 8 Comic Book Contest and win cool prizes."
I called the store it is a real Item 8 pages- 10 bucks, I tried to call my local store and they know nothing about it.

*EDIT*
Well that's the most expensive comic I've ever bought.. totally worth it though!
I saw Tommy Lee Edwards tweet at the weekend that he was at Bad Robot HQ but he never replied to me when I asked him what he was doing there. http://is.gd/Oq2Twv

Keep trying. The first time I went to buy it, it was unavailable then only 2 mins later one was available
DO NOT BUY FROM RJBowman LINK!! GO TO YOUR LOCAL COMIC SHOP AND LOOK IN DC TITLES. THE LINK IS A SCAM!!

Lucky i got in there when it was $9.99, i wonder why they upped the price
The P&P was around $23 which is quite a lot for a comic, but it was a faster delivery, the standard delivery time would have been 26 days!
Maybe you guys should wait for like an hour and see if the price things works itself out, they might have literally just added it, which brings me to a question: RJBowman how did you find this? (Assuming you're not a PM)

From the Desc. it could easily someone from the Wonderland(Wonderworld) comic shop who know about us and the board.
I would like to know where they got them from since 2 of the biggest Comic shops in MN knows nothing about them and was unable to find any info about them once I told them about them. - It may be like the Posters at way back at Comic con.
