Definitely Enochian. Mad good find.Also known as the angelic script supposedly given to the magicians Ed Kelley and Dr. John Dee in 1583 by an angel that Kelley was talking to lol.

The word surrounded by a square translates to oscura which translates to dark.

The fact that the word for dark was in a square was likely a hint towards finding the hidden bit of text uncovered when the colors were altered.

The darker text seems to translate to diaboli. The only problem I'm running into is that the page I'm using for the Enochian does not have the Gon character with a line above it, and the last letter in the line clearly does have a line above the Gon character. So take this as tentative until somebody better with languages can confirm this.

Also, truth be told, this so-called Enochian text looks more like the Scrin text from Command & Conquer 3 to me. Just sayin'.

Well, diaboli is certainly a word. And there's no misreading this one, it translates to Satan

Perhaps the line will mean something later?

the white text is backwards and reads "there is more"
I definitely get "diaboli" as well
the blocked text I believe is "oscura" following the latin theme... the rest, not sure what to make.

Other lex's imply U/V/W and C/K are interchangeable

I'm still pretty sure that the location of the dam in the picture is important. Following up on a hunch based on the language used for the Inferno passage, I went to look for dams in Italy. This link (also provided by the same friend who spotted the Enochian) lists two dams in Italy, Vajont and Valvestino, and this page indicates that Vajont is famous. I'm trying to find a picture with an angle that gives us a view of the lower structures to see if they match up to the image now.
