What it sounds like to me is " Would you please produce *distortion kicks in, from here it sounds like:* the video of (???)"

At the (???) part, I honestly can't tell exactly what its saying, but to me it sounds like " The video of me shooti--"
or " The video of him shooti--"
OR " The (video??) of issue".
OR EVEN " The real issue."

I could try tinkering with it a little more in audacity to see if I get anything of worth. I'm a bit of a novice with Audacity but I'll still try. I'm bored and the night's going slow.

EDIT: Cleared most of the distortion out of the last part. Not much change, but the voice is a LITTLE clearer. Hope it helps.

This is probably the best my background in transcription is going to get me in this case. I've been listening to it on a constant loop for a few minutes while typing these posts.

This request sounds kind of dumb, but it might mean something to J.

Actually, it's starting to warp a bit the more I listen. The last word is sounding further and further from shooting. Like... cheating or sheeping. That doesn't make any sense though. Someone who is good with rhymes, to the forefront. It's also starting to sound like a dance hit, so I may just be going slightly mad from listening to it for too long.

"Produce the one who's cheating" would make sense - Produce (make - a video, presumably) of the one who's cheating - bending the rules of any number of things; how the Operator controls them/way of acting/mood/whatever

Hmm, great find with the audio. I'm assuming the is another text to speech deal- the same one used in Broadcast? Anyway, I'm hearing "Would you please continue (?) the ___. I can also kind of hear appreciate, but as said there's no hard T sound

I didn't read any responses to the audio, so hopefully my fresh ears can be of some assistance. I definantly hear "Would you please" at the begining, and the word Leave right after that. Everything else is garbled, but I heard the word video in the middle of the distortion.

Yeah, the "Would you please..." is pretty clear.
TTA has often repurposed lost/damaged audio from the entries, could this be part of some audio we've lost or missed? Of course that was mostly from Alex's original MH-related tapes. Then again, this might be from any number of the times that TTA has boasted of watching Jay from far.

ETA: Just checked #39 & #40 to make sure it wasn't some part of the phone calls that Jay was making to Alex. No luck there. Also not part of Alex's outgoing voice mail message.

perhaps it is "would you please produce...". If so, maybe he means the hard drive? Picture this: J is on the run, hence the one night booked, wakes up with no memory of the last 7 months so decides to stay. We don't know why he's on the run. Let's say he is, with Jessica. The combination in her room is a failsafe he gave her before his memory got slenderized. In the safe were the tapes he'd been working on and a hard drive stolen from Masky or perhaps TTA, which is why he's on the run. He stays, Masky finds him, tries to get the HDD back, but J escapes. Now TTA is pissed and goes quote "balls out terrifying" with the response and demands it back.

It could explain why a HDD was in the safe. Not just the confusion that he is using one though it's never been referenced before, but why it would be locked away in a safe.

Not trying to go off assumptions here, but I'm trying to tie in the theories I've been reading as an admitted n00b. Thoughts?

Sounds like it adds up. And indicator would make a lot more sense if this is what's going on. I don't know about it being stolen from them, but that hard drives is undoubtedly important.
