The acting is sloppy and drawn out, but it comes off as natural. The friend arriving at the door with distortion is very very effective. On the other hand I don't like the choppy editing that begins on entry 5. They say the video was hacked and that is fine, but entry 6 did basically the same editing style and it started to get old. Overall I will keep my eye on this series and hope for the best to come. Hope I didn't offend anyone and I hope I stated some valid point.


Unfortunately the bulk of the story so far has been on the blogs of a serial killer, Mr. Collector (as far as anyone can tell Stephan from an alternate universe where the events of Angels Game occurred), and his girlfriend, another serial killer, Faceless.

 		I read all of hisCollector, and several of the proxy blog people he killed. Why is it that this recent vlog development seems sort of different than the previous tumblr posts?

Either way, I'm into this.

Never watched AngelGames or whatever. Necessary?

Also, doesn't this new video mean Stephan isn't thecollector? Shit, I'm sort of confused.

Eh... don't really have to watch all of it... but a little background helps.

Angel's Game, while appearing to be a typical Slender Man narrative at first, was not. In fact, the real Slender Man wasn't even in it. The characters we're being manipulated and possessed by a handful of benign and malicious paranormal forces, one of which (the creature) took on the appearance and M.O. of the Slender Man, albeit quite a bit more aggressive (we see him actually do some physical assaulting) and this was the "angel spawn" mentioned in one of the hiscollector posts.

The only characters left alive from Angel's Game were AG!Stephen, who went on to become Collector after the REAL Slender Man showed up, and Emet, an entity that was antagonistic of the fake Slendy, and was last seen possessing the body of AG!Josh after Josh's "soul" was lost of whatever. Not sure if Emet is still around or will be playing any part in these events though...

I haven't seen the new video yet, it gave me an error when I tried to watch. However in Mr. C's blog he claimed to one day have woken up next to himself. According to him there are two Stephan's. Him and the one native to this universe.

Edit: "This is your house! You taste your blood stains, not me!"

Huh, that didn't sound like Stephan on the other end of the phone to me. Could it be Stephan changing his voice?

Good summary.

Some more interpretation of AG as it relates to His Collector:

- I always had the impression that the fake-Slendy in AG (never quite worked out which character it was - or indeed whether it was actually meant to be one of the characters disguised or what) was meant to be the real Slendy's "playing piece" in the game. Like he couldn't interfere directly so had to send this thing in instead.

- Worth pointing out that Emet didn't just seem hostile to Slendy, but all the other entities involved in playing the game - Emet seemed intent on shutting the game down by hook or by crook.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
- I interpreted the ending, in which possessed-Austin tackled Slendy and they both fell into the water, as wrecking Slendy's influence on that particular universe - Emet, who's most likely to know, very clearly said "it's over". Which implies that in the AG/HC multiverse at least you can't kill Slendy but you can destroy the foothold he has in your universe, or at least damage it to the extent that his ability to screw with things is crippled.

Hence taking Stephen to another universe to start a new game - Slendy wasn't allowed on a cosmological level to keep playing in the AG universe, and it's possible he was only able to affect Stephen by drawing him into the next universe a) because of Stephen's exposure to the original game and b) because Stephen by that point was completely insane. It strikes me that bug-eyed insanity would be an asset to someone ripped from one parallel universe to another -if your grip on reality is especially loose then inconsistencies between one reality and another don't seem like such a big deal.


Re: the latest APCollection video: holy crap, shit is getting real. I wonder if the guys are planning for a shorter, faster-paced story this time around if murders are already happening?

Either way, I personally expect things to go completely haywire if/when the real Slendy shows up.

 		The Slender Man in Angel's Game was meant to be one of the Nephilim or something to that extent. I don't think that line about "playing dress-up" was meant to mean it was one of the characters in disguise, it was referring to the fact that that angel/Nephilim/whatever it was had taken the form of Slender Man. Although the idea that the Creature was Slender Man's piece in the game is an interesting theory.

I think at one point the origin of the game and its rules might have been explained a little bit but I'm pretty sure it was in a Facebook chat and there is no log of those as far as I can tell.

 		New burst of activity on Faceless' blog, including an audio clip of Faceless herself. That buzz in the background, it's a crap mic right not something hidden in the audio? She is tricky, a little too tricky sometimes which leads to her codes being indecipherable.

 		I like the latest episode of APCollection. The first and last sequences are nicely played, but the editing style still bugs me. Also what is the deal with their youtube page? They got rid of uploads and only have it set up as a playlist now. I am not a fan of that move. Anyways, I can finally see the dimension bleeding serial killer aspect of the show kicking in.

 		New tweets. Summery: Josh hates twitter's character limit and if he tries to visit Mr. Collector's blog his computer crashes.

Suggested he get a blog on blogger.com to communicate through since twitter pisses him off. Informed him of Mr. C's alternate universe Stephan claim and finally decided to ask if they had made the channel Angels Game appeared on. I predict my question about Angels Game will either be ignored, result in him being unable to see the videos, or cause a "Holy shit we never made those videos, how do they exist?" moment.
