Not to sound rude to a newbie but the answer is NO.
Read the forum rules and keep the clutter down.
1 game 1 thread.
Sub threads are only created when a game gets extremely large.(usually over 100 pages on average) This decision is made by the forum sysops.
If you like, you may start your own forum elsewhere dedicated to the game with your own sub threads, and post your link here for others to see.

 		They are actually two different viral campaigns but for the same movie. One is run by fans (panem october) the other is run by lionsgate, started at different times... they have nothing to do with each other other than they are based on the same movie :/

you can apply for mayor of your district (for perks!). go to your district's square for details

they also announced tributes for each district, although they appear generic and debut the trailer as well

The admins do actually make the final decision, but my experience has always been that the players get to make the case for expansion into a specific sub-forum -- there are no 'rules' about hundred page threads, as far as I know. (Please do link me to a source if that's changed, though.)

So, make the case. Talk to the mods/admins about the need for a sub-forum - it doesn't hurt to have support from other players who feel similarly, either. Smile If there really is so much content in a particular game/experience that it can only benefit and flourish from having its own forum space, then you should ask for it.

Be aware, though, that this can sometimes kill some momentum and interest in a campaign, since it will no longer be popping up in the News/Rumors threads as the Hot New Thing. Be sure your friends, new and old, are ready to make the leap.

 		Saw the movie last night. Really liked it but was kind of disappointed this didn't turn into a huge ARG.

I agree they could've even carried the ARG through the movie.
