 		Alright, I try to stay out of 'internet drama' and the like, but I'm a mod on Angora and I'd like to set the records straight.

We are not an exclusive club, nor do we treat people unfairly. Angora is a place for people who share our interest in the Slenderman Mythos to talk and hang out, whether the discussion is based around Slenderman or not. We theorize and comment on a variety of series, including Marble Hornets, Tribe Twelve, EverymanHYBRID, MLAndersen and more. Some of our members also discuss various blogs like The Mystic and Origin of Simulation. We also often talk about completely different things such as music and books or just joke around. However, on topic discussion takes precedence (EMH in particular) and if someone wishes to speak about the series we will gladly change topic.

Angora is a fairly tightly knit community in a sense, and we consider many of our regulars to be close friends. Despite this we are friendly to anyone who comes in, and anyone who would like to join the chat is welcome to. There are many people who have only recently started visiting the chat who have already quickly adapted to our oddities and are regarded as 'one of us, gobble gobble'.

As for the case of 'Gimmie20dollaz', I personally don't appreciate people who have not visited the chat or don't understand the situation passing judgment on us, which is ultimately why I am making this post. As a rule, we are fair and have been more than generous with offering Gimmie20dollaz chances to participate in Angora in a positive, friendly manner. He has consistently chosen instead to continue to be a disruption with behaviour that is considered insulting and trollish. He has upset multiple people who frequent the chat, not just 'regulars'. Therefore, he has been banned. The decision to do so is more than fair, as he has been given multiple chances, none of which he has taken seriously.

I hope that I have not come across as offensive to anyone, I am merely trying to offer an explanation to those of you who are unfamiliar with our chat. Angora, although connected through certain individuals and a shared topic of interest, is not uF, nor is it a part of uF. It is a policy to keep 'drama' occurring in uF out of Angora, and I believe it would be beneficial for the opposite to hold true as well. If any of you would like to discuss this further, or would simply like to come in and talk, feel free to join us. We are located at #habitsangora on the Mibbit server.

Agreed, which is exactly what I said here, the LAST time he brought up Angora problems here.

I never advocated for him to be let back into Angora, that's up to you. I just want to be sure that he gets a fair shake here, and a fair shake at starting his new chat, which, as I said, should be allowed to succeed or fail on its own.

Rest assured, he's being watched. There are 3 or 4 names that, if I see them I will read their posts, no matter the topic just to be sure they are behaving. He is one, and as far as HERE (and only here) is concerned he has been on decently good behavior for the past few weeks.

Christ. Seriously? I thought you were gone for good, by your own account. Either way, stop trolling him. I don't like him much either, but Atom's right. As long as he's not breaking rules, he gets a fair deal here. How we deal with him in Angora stays the fuck in Angora.

Likewise, we can at least promise that the shit that happens here will not reflect on our treatment of people in Angora.
