That file name has been bugging me for some time too. I dismissed it awhile ago as replacing the 3 with 6, Belle's age at the time of that photograph.

 		I've decided
I've decided to go by a PC mystery game to exercise my brain instead of trying to figure this out. As far as I know, we may be giving them far more depth than exist. I am leaning toward some kind of protest using civil disobedience but not entirely sure. It may be a handful of college kids writing a paper on the various phenomenons of the internet. Its not marketing of any sort (the intentions to make viral ruled out). There is nothing for sale. It's not about a movie or new game. It's is political in nature. It is not to be feared. It does however make them nervous. It will not involve violence or even anything illegal. It has something to do with a retraction of some type perhaps the taking back of something. Belle is symbolic and is most likey irrelavant. Sam is probably a cat. 8*3*11 has said that someone has already guessed it although that question may or may not have been posted for everyone to see. I have deduced that there is not enough information given and thus not worthy of further speculation. I'll be watching but unless there is new confirmed information added, its really a waste of time.

sorry if i post this twice, but my first attempt seems to have failed

did anyone try to find belle in a genealogy database (it seems we are supposed to look for belle in the first place) ?

for example : https://www.familysearch.org.

Do we have a first name, last name, place of birth, birth year, gender, race ?

Belle M. (last name or middle name starts with M)
first name Alberta (probably)
born in Houston (possibly)
birth year 1928 (more or less)
female

 		I don't know if it's something relevant, but: http://www.theasciicode.com.ar/ascii-control-characters/ascii-codes-7.html and there is also something like: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bell_code and http://www.signalbox.org/block/bells.shtml. So, maybe the girl's name (Belle) is only the symbol, which means we should do something using the bell code but this is all I've figured out so far...

8611 is upside down. Flip it and the 6 becomes a lowercase e. "Bells."

 		I hate to tap the same vein as what has already been deemed moot, but there were Olympic games held in Berlin in 1936 complete with a bell. Just a thought even though I know the whole 'Hitler thing' had kind of been thrown out.

just a thought
I have just spent 3 days reading 75 pages and my brain is in overload at the moment. One of the answers in the 8-3-11 website says that the new pictures of Belle are key. So i went into the pictures again and looked at each one closely. and one POPPED out at me. There is a lost dog photo of a Yorkie. "YOUR KEY" and it looks photo shopped to me. I cant see anything about the picture itself that might be a key. The rest of the pictures dont look odd untill you get to the 25th picture from the top. theres a girl with her hands up and her face is blurred out. above her head theres these two round thigs that just dont look right. they just dont look like they belong there. I tried to save that pic to my computer to post but it wont save IDK why. Also why are only 3 of the pictures clickable. but the rest are not. The first one is Labeled Germany. Thenext two are lableld "Nature" "nurture"(I KNOW you guys went over that but bear with me here). In Psychology , Nature versus Nurture is the study of how our Inherited traits and outside environments influnces shape who we become. these 2 pictures are clickable. I wonder if this is nothing more than a psychology test for a thesis paper.

And in that Yorkie picture there are two keys in the mailbox. Hmmm...
