 		I didn't verify the decoding, but if it's correct, what I see is a puppet with two boxes of stones to cast, but when you try to take one of the stones it makes the puppet tilt... But what would be the use for such a device ? Art ?

 		My theory on 4chan. Glad someone thinks it's good. Took me a whole day of thinking. Anyways what do you think they would be broadcasting if my theory would be accurate?

the "apportent une ☂" sticks out to me. i think the ☂ isnt a symbol covering somethin exactly but more is used as protection. I know thats practically the same meaning, but i dunno. I feel like they are protecting something rather than hiding something in the about us page. maybe protecting the girl?

 		What if we are looking at this in the wrong direction according to the name? They never directly said that 8•3•11 stood for August 3rd, 2011, we just assumed that it did. What if somehow it represents something else?
