You could take this as the names are completely irrelevant. period.
or the NUMBERS in the names are irrelevant, making those symbols something.

Or if the "morse" idea is correct, and "that" is something, it could also just be the first letter of the real name of the person who goes by that number for this project.

The only actual reference I've seen on the site is ~18000

IMTK is a Mobile Toolkit targeted at Qt based Nokia Devices. It doesn't have a fixed scope at the moment, but should include widgets and general utilities that can be used as a base and test platform of new concepts

A new shortwave station, KTMI, has a construction permit from the FCC and is trying to get on the air this summer in Oregon. Incidentally, I've posted a question relating to name of the audio file "BrutalityUnec" on the home page. It's already been said that this is a typo.

My question stated that since most of the audio file names are directly applicable to the content of the page they are on "Knowledge" "HelpHer" "Involvement", how did brutality apply to Belle or the project in general.

This also brings to mind the Top Down name of the audio file on the "Sightings" page. I know about the topdown.png file, but I'm wondering if more information can't be gleamed by examining the alt tags and file names of the images listed.

general mentions have been made in this thread, but nothing "comprehensive" that I can tell.

an answer or NO answer might be telling. If it's not answered, (and I know my specific question hasn't been asked) it could mean that there IS a link they can't discuss. Or they could just answer it with the first really meaningful answer they have made. (suuuure)
