Well guys, I figured out what the audio is, so be prepared for disappointment:
it's Tim doing his signature angry-jowls sound that he makes every time he does an LP. Honestly, listen to the video with that in mind then come back here and tell me I'm wrong.

I'm gonna say that I think given how perfectly round they are and how they move the second time they appear -- I feel like the "eyes" are headlights, at least in the second instance.

I also thought the "S" curved corner was another sigma. Clever-clever.

I'm not sure, despite having watched the whole series for the first time over the last two days (why the HELL do I torture myself and watch this stuff alone at night!?) whether Masky and TTA are the same people or not -- but I think there's validity to either side. Either way, given how effed J is right now he could do with some trust-building from TTA, whoever he or she is.

I also don't believe that Brian is dead, but I think it odd that so many of his "friends" (Tim, Alex, Sarah) don't really seem disconcerted by his "sudden" dissapearance. Same goes for Seth. Aww. No one loves Seth. :/

Alex seems to know the most about the Operator and where everything's going and he seems to think Amy is "findable". So I think it entirely possible that Slendy is keeping a menagerie of toys, people to play with and hug with his tentacle-y long arms whenever he gets sad. But seriously -- despite a long-gone shell casing and some blood here and there I don't think anyone's dead. Injured, sure. Dead, no. I think there'd be more blood. Shows like CSI have shown that people have a LOT of blood to burn and at this point we've seen only trickles and splatters. I doubt that the people behind this game are scrimping on the fake blood for budget's sake.

(Somewhat related side-note: When Alex is leading J into the woods and telling him the creepy legend/story all I could think was "Jesus-god, he's gonna sacrifice J for Amy as a trade!" which shows you exactly how much I trust Alex, who seems to be back to his "abnormal behavior" of being a bossy douchebag. Directors, sheesh. ;D)

Its really coming clear to me now, I love the series, but i mean we have absolutely no clue what is happening and about 2 out of the bajillion mysteries that we are trying to solve have been solved. I dunno about anyone else, but im starting to get a little bit ansy.

I think that those lights look like their coming from the flashlight Jay was using in entry 16. If you look closely you'll realize that it's some kind of strange double flashlight. Now imagine it being held sideways, and we have creepy glowing eyes. Did Jay ever drop that thing in a place that maybe Masky could get to it?

Alrighty! Just finished reading the whole thread. I will definitely buy that TTA could have been there during entries #1 and #6. To me, that explains the lights - they represent eyes, showing us that TTA saw what happened. Also, that would make this one of TTA's memories, so it fits the title.

TTA's purpose? To goad Jay into action, which is kind of returning to his season 1 MO, a la "Come back, find me," "You have been keeping secrets," and "There are doors unopened," - all of which prompted Jay to do something that moved the plot along (although you could also argue that TTA did this in Indicator by reminding Jay of the hard drive in a very roundabout way). I really hope the present-time events start picking up now!

TTA's location? Jay. Honey. You need to check Alex's house. Really, I don't know why he never did that! It seems so obvious. We know it's in the same area as Brian's house and the Marble Hornets shoot, and we know that Alex was slender-stalked there (multiple times if that's his childhood home). I want #43 to be Jay fixing this oversight.

As for the curly S attached to some wood - I'm pretty sure it's part of the porch's frame. We can clearly see a wooden railing and posts on Alex's porch, but we never see the top of them in #1 or #6. So my guess is if you panned the camera up to the ceiling, you'd see that little decoration. I have a wrought-iron railing on my porch with a similar design.

I reckon that's a female screaming at the start, when reversed, I think of the video from Entry #26, when The Operator appeared and Amy was screaming, also perhaps totheark is saying through this that (s)he's getting impatient and really needs Jay to find 'the ark', maybe they take the matters into their own hands?

The sigma symbol on the porch may actually be in entry 1. I tried to screencap it but you can only tell that there is something in the corner of the porch at the end above Slendy in motion. It looks like a blur on screen cap but it's right at the :34 to :35 mark. This is probably a closer shot of it.
