Woah. I went through all of the 14 pages looking dor a theory I found obvious when I was watching it and it wasn't there. So that means: I'm probably wrong.
I saw the stareyed man to be a marker for Alex. That area is where he was filming during Entry 1 so while looking out the window at Slendy his head would be there (inside the window).
The reason I jump to it symbolizing Alex is not only the above but the Operator symbol goes over this face just like in enttry 37. Also: "stars in the eyes" means that you're hoping for fame which I'm sure Alex was hoping for while making his film.
It just all seems to click for me.

This may be TTA telling us Alex is skully due to the similarities in starface and the skully mouth.

Maybe TTA is frustrated because this was the point where alex failed (from the beginning). That Jay should have been doing something that alex never tried to do. Who knows, maybe TTA stalked alex first, but then alex failed.

I don't believe the footage of the porch was taken during the Operator sighting from Entry 1. I think ToTheArk was locating and visiting the various sites of Alex's Operator encounters after they happened.

Some of the footage from "Memories" looks like the location in Entry 13. Yet we know that all three characters were in different locations - Jay was going to Alex's car (Return), ToTheArk was filming Jay (Return), and Alex was encountering the Operator (Entry 13). This places ToTheArk away from Alex during the time of the encounter, meaning the footage was taken at a different time. Because of this, it's very likely that the shot of the porch was not taken during Entry 1.

If ToTheArk was scouting encounter locations, this adds additional meaning to the "you've done nothing" message. Jay could have done this during Season 1, but chose not to.

The weird, ornate, metal thing people keep talking about that looks like part of a door frame could be part of the gazebo from Entry #5. The gazebo has wood ones on it, but the entrance part may have a metal one. Maybe we'll be returning there sometime.

i feel like the "you've done nothing" is positioned that way for a reason. you can make out an 8 and two y's. this was already mentioned but i think it is something we shoudl be looking into.
