 		Okay, so we know the following:

1. The tape was delivered before Alex arrived/before his car was parked

2. The chest-cam is Alex's?

3. Jay is not nearly as worried about someone breaking into his car as he should be Neutral

 		So it was Alex's chest cam, that clears up where it came from, but it raises the question of why Jay has it now?

 		So now we know what happened to Jay after #40, and we also know Alex DID send the tape in #26. Also, I'm getting that Alex wants Jay to help find Amy.

As I said in my previous post, I'm guessing Amy. I don't think Jay and Alex have met Jessica at this point in time.
