 		few things I picked up, Either alex is living in the forest, or is going to meet up with Jessica there. This suggests a heavy TTA connection. In fact, this may be the birth of season 2 TTA if in fact the theory that TTA is or has been more than one person person is true. Slendy's mind control cements for me here that TTA is in fact a slave of the slenderman in some capacity, or at least under his control in some fashion. The coughing seems here to symbolise slendermans mind control, and this is the first time we've directly seen a sane character cough

He probably did. He just didn't want Jay with him.
He seemed almost calm, LETTING Slenderman influence him...

Also, why would Jessica know where Amy is? And what was Alex talking about when he said "That was the window we escaped from." And who is we? Alex and Amy/Jessica?

When he ducks under the branches it looks like he's in a different place, especially from the shots looking back, but I may be mistaken.

To me, it almost looked like Alex walked into another "dimension" or something when he walked through the opening to the Operator.

No idea what-so-ever, but I genuinely get the feeling that Alex is being used by the operator is some way.

The original Slender-mythos states that once you're caught in the grasp of the Slenderman, there's no way you can escape. I mean... we have to assume that Alex escaped this because Jay got the chest cam somehow, right?

The entry from when Amy was playing with the camera. They jumped out a window, remember?
Jessica would know because that was his roommate, as he just said. o:
