 		and when i talk about teleportation, i'm talking about right before alex comes across the cave area, the camera shifts to a new location

the forest that the cave connects to isn't teleportation, you can see the trees from the other side of the cave it's just a cool location

 		Okay, so my current theory is that Alex goes into the woods willingly -- but in some mad attempt to try and save Amy and maybe put this all to rest by giving himself up to the Operator -- if he was already a Slenderminion, when he was walking in to the forest, near the odd chimney-looking things, before he hits the close-up of the hole, Alex appears to be startled by something and pans quickly to the right. If he was going into the woods -- where he feels safe enough to live as some people think -- random sounds and whatnot wouldn't startle him because his dear old daddy Slendy lives there and he would take care of any problems or people that arose.

I prefer to think that Alex is startled because he's scared. He's going in to face his fear, and though he tries his damnedest -- he's bested by it.

Hopefully TTA's next video, titled "Toljaso" will perhaps clear some things up. Coz J's all alone now.

Random last thought: Is it possible that J IS the ark somehow? He isn't immune to Slendy, but he seems the least effected. Hrm.

It's not really a "tunnel of leaves". It's just a hole. In a bush. There is overgrowth that is basically surrounding the forest. If someone can prove to me with screenshots from the video, I will gladly change my mind but I don't see anything that would make me believe otherwise...


Those "leaves" are probably more likely ivy and kudzu, which are literally endemic in forests in the southeastern US where MH occurs. It is completely likely that they colonized the front canopy of some low-lying trees or tall bushes (yes, some shrubs and bushes can grow as tall as trees), concealing the trees that would be behind them. You can see the ivy/kudzu behind the front overgrowth that Alex walks through when he is approaching it from the road. This kind of foilage can, will, and does cover up vast amounts of visible forest.

It's just a matter of being familiar with the flora of the area in question.

There is no teleportation that occurs in #43.

I think if you check a few pages back there is some sort of sound clip cleaned up. Could that be what you are talking about?

Oh I just assumed it was a jump cut (Jay editing it out because the walking part was too distorted)

I took it as either an edit by Jay to speed up the process or a heavy distortion that caused the video to skip.

I heard what you mean now that I replayed the video (it was around 6:40, yes?).
I can definitely hear something but I don't have good audio software to clean it up.



Also, thank you 12th for the name of those plants. I forgot what they were and it was hard to explain without it. xD

 		Also something that hasn't been pointed out is the hotel. It has some similarities with the one from jay/Jessica.

The rooms aren't very similar, but the carpet + the lights in the hallway are the same. However the doors are a different color.

 		Those *are* jump cuts though. The footage from Brian's house had no cuts when Jay was warped around, it was edited smoothly.

I don't think the hotel rooms aren't suppose to be similar.
I'll keep bringing up the fact that the hotel Jay woke up in was only booked for one night.
My theory? They are going to do a lot of hotel hopping.

 		Possible explanation as to how jay realized Slenderman's Alex playtime happens right after his camera ends is that Alex had his camera in the back recording the whole time to spy on jay. Eventually with the chestcam showing Alex dropping off Jay, Presumably jumping through a window covered in kerosene and on fire just to look bad ass, then arriving at and mentally preparing for his play date.

And there is no teleportation the video runs too smooth at that point from what I watched. Edit: Further explanation. The ground seems to match up the whole time watched at 1 frame per second and noticed nothing strange at all.

Yeah, Slendy did look a little short, almost like the suit was too big for him. My guess is that it was Jay's turn to be Tall Dark and Faceless.

I don't normally respond before reading all pages (but I've read UP to here,but not beyond,so sorry if someone already said this) but anyway--I loved your breakdown and comments on the entry--made me LOL.I,too was looking at that window when J zoomed in and focused on it,and I'm betting others did,too.Also--myself and some others were originally convinced that Alex was teleported from cave-like entrance into some other part of the woods,like it was a portal or something--but upon further frame-by-frame review--turns out that it wasn't teleportation,but just a very smooth transition into the woods.It's hard to notice if you just watch the footage at normal speed,especially upon the first view.But if you look at it frame by frame or upon toggling between pause/play--you can see that he's not teleported and one "landmark" for me was if you look down,there are two leaves in close proximity to each other that are lighter in color than the rest and you can see that they are there the whole time.Kinda disappointing in a way.

I watched the part from where Slendy first appears all the way to the end of the video and I am convinced that Slendy is a mannequin or just an inanimate creation/figure as I never saw him move AT ALL,even frame-by-frame--in other words--I don't think it's Jay or anyone else in the suit.

 		My theory:

The reason Alex was dragging Jay all over was because he was making a last-ditch effort to find Amy... and if he found her, he would try and escape with her and not go to the park.

But when he couldn't find her, he started feeling a little more dangerous, so he went to the park... without a weapon, since weapons aren't much good anyway... and decided, for the first time, to confront the Operator directly, not running, just to see what he can learn.

Also, I concur with whoever said Jessica is Amy's roommate... it makes so much sense. After Entry #43, Jay encounters Jessica for the first time and they attempt to confront the Operator as well... and the Operator wipes their memories and places them in the hotel.

That doesn't explain why TTA is acting so impatient all of a sudden...

Excuse me for not picking it up on my own, but I don't recall a "hello" or "laugh" at all in that one.. I just went back to it, and heard a slight mumble after Jay's "Hello?", but that's it. Could you provide like a timeframe or something of when it speaks? (ie. 4:24)
