The Q&A: Part 1, Part 2.

The most thorough way that I think we could go through this is to point out questions in each of the TTA videos, and then the various thoughts that people had that might point to answers. Some of the answers were given later, but there are still quite a few that are still ambiguous.

Okay, let me go through his videos, one by one:

Judging from the entry summaries at Wikidot, let me go through what we have and haven't decoded:

Regards: "LOK CLOSELY" (look closely), and a 10-note song is heard when the audio is reversed.
This is a response to Entry 9. Was he telling us to look closely at this in particular, or just in general?

Operator: "LISTEN" (with the audio from Entry #10)
In response to Entry 10, he gives us the audio for Entry 10.

Deluge: Looks like Morse code, I'm trying to decipher it but it's flashing too fast (and if the audio is reversed and sped up, you hear a girl's voice repeating, "Alex").
I'll download it later on and play it in slow motion so I can decode the Morse code, can't do it right now.

Impurity: "BEGIN," "ZERO," "OPERATOR," "THERE WAS MORE" (same audio as Regards, just distorted slightly differently).
This is a reply to Entry 12. What "more" is he talking about here?

Exit: Starts with an anagram of "THE OPERATOR." The rest seems to just be missing footage from 13, but the hidden frame at the end says, "WHEREIS THEARK"

Program: Undulating hand-drawn S, ending with "BLEEDMORE," and in between, a code that (according to the code in the next entry) is saying "25-1-13-1" (or "YAMA") three times in succession.
"Bleedmore" could be a reference to the blood on Alex's face in Entry 14, which this was a response to. But what's "25-1-13-1?" Is it just saying YAMA, or is there something more?

Advocate: This gives us the code for the previous video, after showing us the words "TICK TOCK" because apparently it's a binary clock. It's playing over footage that appears to be extra footage from Entry 7 (though not actually in Entry 7), and the YouTube description reads "00110111," which is "7" in ASCII.
Interesting that he chose to give us this one after the interview with Tim...

Addition: It's footage of Jay exploring the house in Entry 16 and having his coughing fit. With the words "SEE YOU" very prominent.

Signal: Well, it's hard to describe the main body of the video, just read this.
There is one message, however: COME BACK, and a final frame that says "find me."
Given that in the next entry, Jay goes back to the house and finds Masky, this is actually fairly strong evidence that Timasky is TTA.

Messages: Another mind-screw on this one. Footage of the USS Arizona sinking at Pearl Harbor, with "tell us you have been keeping secrets smile for the camera." In the last part, the bottom half of Tim's face is layered over the image. The audio is a slowed-down and reversed version of some song being played by a band.

Return: Well, you know what Return is. The message is "found you," and the secret final frame says "forever."
Make of that what you will.
Could the audio distortion here contain a code as well?

Version: It told Jay where to find the tape that became Entry 22. The audio is augmented Morse code that we think translates to "OPERATOR," and next is the acronym, "PRECEDES TREES," with the message at the end "waiting for you"
"Operator precedes trees waiting for you?"

Attention: "Return to us" "wake up" "awaiting your arrival." With the final frame being the Operator symbol on the red tower.
I like to think this means that TTA wants Jay to "wake up" and remember what Slendy wiped from his mind, and rejoin the fight against Slendy. But I'm probably wrong (though I have literally no idea what else it could mean)

Admission: "There are doors unopened."
For some reason this was another response to Entry 16. Apparently it was a reference to the unopened doors in that house.

Warning: Uh... wow. Just... wow.

Okay, now for analysis:

1. Deluge. Like I said, once I have some more spare time, I'll download it and play it in slow-motion to see if I can crack the Morse code.

2. Many of his videos involve Masky, the Signal video says "COME BACK" and "find me," and in the next Entry, Jay meets Masky, and he has video footage of Jay exploring the house the first time. So, either he's Timasky, or Timasky works for him.

3. However, he also has the audio from Entry 10, additional footage from Entry 7, and the word "Alex" shows up in a lot of his videos. So, either Timasky got some of the tapes before Jay did, or Alex really is TTA, and Timasky is his henchman.

So, how did Alex and Tim get back in touch, and why didn't they just do the same with Jay? Hmm... that's the tricky thing.

Well, in regards to the Sigmas, I may have found something of note. The have been used before as a summation operator.

TTA has mentioned addition and operator before? A coincidence? Probably, but still a valid theory.

In regards to YAMA, or the code that translates to it, could it be that 25-1-13-1 refers to a date and time as opposed to being letters? It does seem like YAMA requires several leaps of faith, and I'm not strongly convinced that it's the answer we're looking for.

Besides, we saw TTA create a date of anticipation for the final video. Was anything uploaded on the 13th of January or the 25th of January? Could it be mashed into 13:25, as in 1:25 PM?

I also remember people taking 'precedes trees' and turning it into a pretty on-topic anagram. 'Deeper Secrets' I think it was?

Hearing TALK and never ceasing to think of OPERATOR make me think it deals with phones. I'll guess I should look into it.

But first, a list of related things I have found in this line.

the lights in deluge look like two backslashes, right? well, there are tons of back and forward slashes in the descriptions of TTA's videos. Perhaps if someone decoded the morse code, and applied the message to every series of two backslashes (and then decoded it backwards and applied it to all the forward slashes as well), it could spell out something?
