For those who wish to see the reasoning I gave for the maiden's rest, just send me a private message.
As for the next puzzle I already found some of it:

Forest(the PM) also asked me to try and bring more people into the ARG. I have very few contacts in the ARG realm (fewer still outside of those who already particpate), but hopefully someone else can 'garter interest'.
Pia, I got a copy of your ticket, and in the back was an image of a man in the form of a lightning bolt. Turns out it was Johnny Depp from the movie Don Juan DeMarco.

My tickets. In the back is another image, almost like a watermark. Unsure of what it is.

I give up. This ARG isn't for me.
Actually, I misunderstood recent developments. It's just that the last puzzle has been so frustrating for me.

The image is a scene from Byron's poem Manfred and was painted by John Martin.

Byron also wrote about Don Juan: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Don_Juan_%28Byron%29

Interesting. Faust has always been a personal favorite, and apparent Manfred was a key piece of inspiration for Frankenstein (according to Wikipedia).
I am curious now a to why this image was given to us...

Byron also wrote about Don Juan
Yes, in fact Byron's epic satire Don Juan was the key to the last puzzle.

I have found the who, the when, and the where. Issuance to come soon, I suppose.
Edit--Lystella, that link mentions a sister called Astarte. It reminded me of Endless Insanity. I haven't checked up in a while, so thanks for the reminder!

My visual attempt to make sense of the prize revealed by the tickets:
To punxtr: Glad to hear the link can also serve as a reminder!

My email from Forest yielded a worrisome hidden message:
'helpt'
The t may refer to 'Thomas' or Forest misspelled a word unintentionally. Or it may be shorthand for 'helped'.

I rarely see Forest do something unintentionally. If he wrote helpt, he meant helpt.

Another email. Hidden message: helpth
An h was added this time. Will additional messages expand the hidden message?

Possibly, I remember Forest using a similar tactic way back at the beginning of the ARG in February.

Does this mean anything to anyone?
IIII V VIIIII V VIIIII V VIIIII V VIIIII V VIIIII V VI
It seems like a partially truncated, yet repeated message:
V VIIIII ...
5 10 5 10 ... ?
VIIIII V VI
V IIIII V VI
VI IIII V VI (this works)
6
4 5 6 repeated

Flickr and Twitter were updated. Based on the Flickr update, it seems that the Green is here.

That new code decodes to 4 5 6. That seems to be of focus. One quick search brought up 'the 456' which was a group of aliens that had a fondness for children...
Edit--The Watchman messaged me in chat:
Quote:
We note with your use of ten duotrigintillion you learn of one facet of us... we recall how linear your thoughts can be so remind you all [the mortal race] that we just use words and numbers that appeal to us. While 'Green' echoes around that fictional species quite a lot, we do not wish you to lose sight of joining the dots - share with others our words - we will be thankful at a point in the future...
Basically, he's making fun of my reliance on Google, among other things

If Saranna's blog is to be considered, the Jupiter card has V as well. Could IIII V VI be related?
Edit: And going along with your edit, might they also refer to converting the Roman numerals into Arabic numerals?
Edit 2: After reading what they said for the umpteenth time, I think my sleep deprived brain finally gets it >.< Woo!

There are a couple sections where an audio clip interrupts the song as well.
