Also, this from the NetSupport group/forum:

"Oracles, send this to your ground teams. Not sure if it was covered yet, but there is a mobile site: www.missionicefly.com/m

Good for ground teams since it isn't flash-based. Not sure if it will react the same way as the main, but it's good to keep tabs on time."

Things are getting interesting, especially:

Quote:

A healthy dose of suspicion, fearlessness and enthusiasm
Your innate perception of a reality just beneath the surface
An appreciation for the intangible forces that define us as sentient beings
Enough curiosity to wonder what all of these things have in common

Yes, I know that the same e-mail went everywhere, but it sounds like "underground"... Seattle Underground Tour?

Possible destination, although probably unlikely.

Thanks! We may need it. I am ground support while mon1337, StaticJolt and
Makdee (and friends?) are on the ground.

This is my first ARG, so help will be appreciated. Are you in Seattle?
Any insight/thoughts? Smile

So, I was playing around with the evaluation video to see how different answers produce different results. Not sure if any of this is relevant, but I found a rather predictable pattern:

I decided to do a controlled experiment in order to determine which color/s and points corresponded with which sense/s. I started by answering the left option on all questions, and this was the resulting sense print:

Another attempt - choosing all of the options on the right - produced this sense print:

From there, I took the test five more times - answering one only question on the left, and the rest on the right - in the order that the questions were asked, to determine which answers correlated to which point/s on the pentagon.

The answers correspond to the points between each colored section, so the results have two colors for each. Here's what I found:

Question 1: SOUND (Intense / Compassionate) - Blue / Yellow
Question 2: SIGHT (Serenity / Bewilderment) - Yellow / Red
Question 3: TASTE (Suspicious / Euphoric) - Red / Teal
Question 4: SMELL (Enthusiasm / Loneliness) - Teal / Green
Question 5: TOUCH (Anxious / Inspired) - Green / Blue

Another interesting result:
My computer froze mid-way through the test, and recorded my remaining questions as having no answer. I ended up with this weird print:

I tried it again, not answering any of the questions, and got this:

I probably just wasted 20 mins doing this, but I figure it doesn't hurt to explore all potential leads. Are they looking for a specific pattern that identifies a subject as volunteer material? Are the colors significant? Could they help us identify important clues on the ground? Who knows... I'm just taking a shot in the dark here. Razz

Yep, I'm Lynnwood so just about 15 minutes North.

None as of now, I'm still just thinking it all out. Do we know for sure there are gonna be 5 places, one for each of the senses? Or was that just an idea? Sorry, I didn't feel like reading every page in that main thread haha.

I was thinking I could help as ground support, a couple of my friends wanted to come along as well.

We don't know for sure how many location/s there will be... it's all just brainstorming at this point. Smile

Welcome to the team... We are taking a cooperative approach, working together, with the ability to branch out and cover different areas independently if needed. I'll PM you with a meeting point before midnight tonight. Very Happy

Wow, there's more than 32 combinations. I didn't know you could skip some answers...

Wow, this is crazy & intense. Smile
We dont' know anything for sure, but I think we should count on this being fairly difficult and intricate, and possibly 5 locations as stopping points.

I was not aware that you could skip answers on the initial eval either! Weird! I wish we would have gotten our badges by now!

So, what is the final list of possible destinations and such, at this point?

Heya

Heya, even though this is my first ARG (playing, forum stalked on about 4 others and this one now) I'm about 45 mins from seattle though so I thought maybe I could be net help? Just to help in some way, any way I can.

Thanks, and good luck to everyone!

And @ mon1337 I was messing around with that too, but those are some pretty interesting results, I'm glad you took the time to mess around with that Smile

http://events.seattlepi.com/seattle-wa/events/show/190856566-elliot-maxx

Just going on what was in the e-mail sent by TSN "your innate perception of a reality just beneath the surface".

Again, totally out there, but still. Smile This is in Pioneer Square, I just passed it today.

While I suppose it is a possibility, unless there are things "just beneath the surface" in the other cities, it is very unlikely.

Based upon the email, I want to say that it will be in a public place. Either outside, or in a lobby of a building. We will have to notice something off. Probably an icefly, and/or something "pulsing." Although, it is best not to make too many suppositions than what is given.
