 		I think the codes have to do with gum. Look at the symbols they mach up with the symbols on packs of gum.

Like cobalt gum matches the bottom symbol

 		Me and Chon are looking through the CSS of the code page. And found some images.

So it looks like this code gets us a key, that we can use at the end of the countdown.

The codes are also papertokens, not much of a surprise.
